I have lipedema and need to wear night compression on my legs and abdomen. I was struggling with the abdomen compression, because I was refluxing a lot overnight in my compression. But at the same time I have to wear the compression or fluid will build up in my abdomen coming up from my legs. So after consulting with Dr. ChatGPT about my struggles, it recommended I try Reflux Raft to see if taking it right before bed would help with the overnight reflux from my compression. The first night's results were amazing. No reflux, no side effects. It's an easy, painless intervention that keeps me in my much needed compression garments at night with no reflux. I'd give this stuff 100 stars if I could!

The product itself is great and works well for me. The new container design is awful and makes it hard to get the product out!

My acid reflux really starts to work when I'm laying down at night. If I take this at least twice a day I feel a big improvement on my quality of sleep. It has a pleasant tast and not too thick. I like it. Only downside is I get a little gassy, I'm working on my fresh vegetable intake. Good product.

This didn't feel like a gamble before purchasing because I knew how its supposed to work and so many people swear by it, I of course had high hopes. (Sorry tmi but we are all here for digestive medical purposes after all). But for some reason it not only increased my heartburn but also gave extreme digestive discomfort as it moved its way through (if you know what I mean) and came out the other side with a gelatinous vengeance. It wasn't even the ginger lemon one either, which some say burns more, which is why I tried the berry. Again, no idea why this happened to me when it seems to work for so many. Idk if its possible to have an allergy to it maybe or smth? Or maybe this does happen to more than myself and I just haven't seen anything about it.. So on the chance that it just genuinely is not a cure all for everyone, especially due to how much this cost just to take it once and be in double the pain I was trying to solve and only to now be a complete waste, I have no choice but to give 1 star. Big sad. RIP raft hope. Going to try Dr Bergs (YT) advice on reflux next, who knows maybe he really is right. Adding this part in case anyone else ends up in similar situation from this product. This a great tasting acid reflux medication. It has really helped my burning mouth. It is easy to take, but did take several days to start working.

I wake up at night with reflux. This provides a good barrier so I can go back to sleep. A must try if you have GERD or acid reflux. Taste good
