JSHealth Vitamins Advanced Magnesium Supplements with Magnesium Glycinate & Citrate for Muscle Relaxation (60 Tablets) Ive tried a lot of supplements since starting the vine program and magnesium in the one I will continue to take on a permanent basis. It has a notable benefit on my digestion and any other areas it supports is a bonus for me. This product is ideal as it contains a blend of the different magnesiums. It is a large black pill and may need cutting if you are someone who has swallowing issues, which I luckily dont have. I have been regular without having severe symptoms that one would get if taking Senna for instance. This product seems to just gently aid my digestion. This is one brand I would buy again.
