I take many supplements every day, and I eat clean. Honestly, if you could rate the vitamins from A-to-Z, I take every single one of them. This one is fabulous as a supplement. It helps you control your bowel movement. While I try to eat clean, we went away for a week and I was forced to eat at Restaurants. My change in diet made me constipated. After taking my dandelion root, I got cramps in the middle of the night. But I did have a good bowel movement the next day. So if you are constipated, only take one of these. Once you start have regular bowel movements, go back to taking two a day. This product has to keep me regular, has no side effects, and no aftertaste. Highly recommended!

So far, so good! Packaging is good, contents are great. No funky odor or taste to deal with. Level of strength is what i figured out that I needed for my issue, which makes it very easy for me. Shall soon find out whether it's effective or not.
