I've been shaving my head for years now. I started with a curved Remington (you can still buy them) without a comb attached - which worked well enough. I moved onto the multi-circle ones when I got sick of the Remington cutting my head - firstly four blades, then five. They worked better than the Remington, but their longevity wasn't up to par. So, after the last one had a couple of springs pop out of the head, rendering it a three blade piece of rubbish, I looked at the reviews for a new one. Cue the Manscaped. (And a lot of umm-ing and err-ing after seeing the price). Well, you get what you pay for. This thing is insanely good. It's Premiership vs Sunday-league under tens. Night and day. The packaging is really well thought out, with very clear instructions. The travel case is robust and will clearly protect the shaver. First impression when putting it together was that it looked extremely high quality, and that there wasn't a single rattle from any component. (Every other one I've had has had a plasticky feel to it, and one or more bits have rattled). The addition of a lock button is an obvious game-changer - I can't tell you the number of times I've arrived at a hotel to find that my shaver has been busy shaving my suitcase, and is now flat. It also has wireless charging - which is superb - and the supplied USB cable is long - so no more having to prop the shaver on things to reach a socket. In use ........ crikey. In one pass it feels like someone has spent a long time using a bladed razor on me. Absolutely smooth, no nicks, rash, cuts, pulls - just a superbly shaved head. I really can't rate this thing highly enough. Is it pricey? Absolutely. Is it worth it? Absolutely.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this is such a good product that I wanted to. I was a little bit hesitant to pay £120 for a 00 shaver, but this is excellent and you get what you pay for. I have messed around with £20-£40 products - they don’t give you a close, or even shave, nor last. With this, you get a really close shave, takes no time, and there’s virtually no irritation whatsoever (I should know as have sensitive skin). It also moves around your head pretty seamlessly. Only criticism is that - because of its shape - getting around ears is a little tricky. But I think this is the same with all shaving products, and once you get the hang of it, it’s fine. The product is also very easy to take apart and clean. The way I see it, yes this is pricy, but if you’re paying a barber £10-£15 each time, you’ll soon earn the money back. Well worth it.

As a long-standing and loyal customer who has consistently used and recommended the full range of MANSCAPED® products, I have always appreciated the quality, innovation, and reliability your brand represents. It is therefore with genuine disappointment that I write to express my concerns regarding a recent purchase. I recently bought the MANSCAPED® The Dome Shaver™ PRO Head Shaver for Bald Men – Five Rotary Blade Design with SkinSafe technology, and unfortunately, the product has failed to meet expectations. After just six weeks of normal use, the shaver began producing a loud, harsh grinding noise, which has now become unbearable. The noise is so intense it causes me physical discomfort, and the blades now cut unevenly, making the device completely unusable. Applying even light pressure results in an excruciating sound that renders the experience extremely unpleasant. Given that the product is advertised to have blades that last up to 12 months, this rapid decline in performance is deeply concerning. I had expected a far greater level of durability and quality from a MANSCAPED® product. To be clear, I do appreciate the well-designed charging infrastructure and how seamlessly it integrates with my other MANSCAPED® devices—when it functions properly. However, in its current state, the shaver is not fit for purpose.

Easy to use, wireless charging is a bonus, as I can drop it on my phone charger to charge up. But the battery lasts and it gives a great cut. Only complaint would be sometimes after cleaning the blade unit, as it attaches with magnets, it very occasionally doesn't quite line up, but this can be sorted by just taking it off and dropping it back on again. Really a minor issue, but a great head shaver for keeping my dome cut.

I’d been using a pitbull head shaver for about 4 years but the motor started playing up and as a professional bald of over 30 years I only tend to use quality products on my dome. I’ve used Manscaped products before and was always impressed and this was down to £67. The model with the extra head did not justify the higher price tag in my opinion. Battery life seems good, no skin irritation and although nothing will get a shave as good as a wet blade, this comes really close. Definitely recommended.

Great head shaver !

Item was great for about 4 uses, but for no reason at all the magnetic shaving head stopped sitting properly and the shaver became unusable. I've had to go through Manscaped warranty and they are sending out a replacement at no charge. Hopefully a second head works better. The concerning part is that I don't know what caused it to stop sitting properly in the first place so I have no idea how to prevent it from happening in the future.

Been through loads of electric head shavers & I can honestly say this is the MESSI of them all, not cheap but in my opinion WELL WORTH IT. 🙏🙏

The Manscape Dome Shaver is a really handy tool for head shaving. It gives a smooth, irritation-free shave and is comfortable to use. One of the best parts is that it keeps the cut hair contained, so cleanup is quick and easy - just empty it out when you’re done.
