So excited to receive my new cruiser. The purple color contrasted with brown pedals and basket is eye catching. Arrived on time and was easy enough to assemble. Looking forward to my first ride. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Reviews about quality and customer service support.

Not happy with this purchase. Instructions to assemble were horrible, didn't show how to fold the bike, tools didn't fit parts,bike was damaged, flat tire/tube and back seat doesn't stay on!!!! I would like a refund

I ordered 2. They delivered one first earlier than the delivery date, but showed on Amazon that both bikes had been delivered. When I inquired customer service about where the other bike was, they quickly found out, and reassured me that the other bike is on its way and about when it would get to me. They were very nice! I got the second bike when they said I would :) Both bikes were packed and shipped well too! I helped my husband put the bikes together. The paper instructions that you get SUCK. They really need to update it as it leaves out a lot of details and skips over some parts of the build. That being said, on Amazon where I added the bikes to my cart, there is a pretty good video of someone putting the bike together and words of instructions as they go. The video helped a lot, but it wasn’t perfect. This bike is built very different from a bike you would normally get such as from Walmart. We put together the first one in under an hour, including struggling with the instructions and watching the video over and over again as we went. The second one went pretty quickly, maybe 20-25 minutes. We pumped the tires easily and quickly. Then it took us a minute to realize the clanking sound when we rolled them backwards was because they were skipped with the chains off the gears so my husband had to finagle them on which took maybe 8-10 minutes for both bikes. My daughter and I ride our bikes nearly everyday since we got them two weeks ago and haven’t had any issues. ❤️ We love them!!

Bought this for my adult daughter. She put it togather herself, and then took it down three flights of steps to try it out. She is thrilled! Very well made. Solid, strong construction. Just beautiful!

It's not a good product to buy no smooth ride and no value for money.

I love this bike! It's cute and works great. I wish the basket was bigger for my dog but other than that. It's perfect.

Ok Yes it is gorgeous. But I ordered purple and got pink. Then got frustrated trying to put it together and ended up taking it to my bike store for an extra hundred bucks. THEN I realize ok yes it folds but it is SO hard to fold! Dear god… it took me 45 minutes to unfold it. Then I messed up the brakes on it from the hassle of trying to unfold and had to go back to my bike shop. What a nightmare. It’s cute though I guess is the point. Just beware…. It’s not easy assembly and the biggest perk of the bike (folding) is dreadfully hard to maneuver

Great product, easy to install, easy to travel with for trips.
