A really fun interactive toy for your dog! It's pretty erratic and really gets him chasing it. The included soft cover was kinda hard to install and then it's hard to turn it off and on with the cover on, I feel like the cover didn't really improve it at all, sure it's louder without the cover but I feel like dog also likes it that way, he likes loud squeaky toys and this thing making a bunch of noise is appealing to him. We have mostly hardwood floors so it really gets moving, I'm sure on carpet it would be a bit quieter and maybe even a bit slower to move around but on hard smooth surfaces this things can really get zipping around abd get some speed to make him chase it. Overall a fun and entertaining toy.

Super fun entertainment for dog! Toy ball charges quickly and the charge lasts for at least an hour of playtime for the dog. There are 2 modes. one mode Just lights up, which makes it easy for pet to chase it. The second mode not only lights up, but it also wiggles on the ground Randomly and speeds off in a direction on its own, which really makes it interesting for your dog or cat to follow! Once the ball is not touched for about thirty seconds, it goes dormant and it will stay like that As long as it's charged until somebody touches it, and then it starts up randomly lighting up and moving around the floor on its own And making a vibration noise. It's a lot of fun to watch the dog chase and play with, and it certainly keeps them entertained for a while! The laughs and fun entertainment are definitely worth it. The only downside is that my dog chewed off the soft fabric covering in about twenty minutes.And she's not a real big chewer. It looks better with the covering on it, but even without it, the ball works fine and she plays with it every day.So that is not a showstopper. But good to supervise your dog for safety.In case they are a chewer, and they decide to destroy the cover. But the ball works fine without the cover too!

Our 90lb mastiff/boxer mix Indie is very playful, curious and energetic. She needs toys that engage her and keep her busy. This ball does the job! We’ve had it for less than a week. Here’s what I love and what could be better: PROS: • She dog loves it. She whines for it. She gets absurdly excited when I get it out. She’s a bit of an anxious dog, but had zero problems with it inexplicably coming to life. • It lasts a while on a single charge, so it keeps her busy for a good long time. The longest we’ve used it at a stretch is an hour. • It’s pretty durable. She’s a super chewer (destroyed every “non-destructible” toy we’ve purchased for her), but the actual ball is hard plastic. She gnaws on it and it gets scratches, for sure. But she’s not going to chew it to pieces. • On carpet, it’s reasonably quiet. • It comes with a replaceable silicone button. • It’s easy to charge…just pull off the silicone button and the charging port is inside. • The silicone button is flush with the ball’s hard plastic surface, so there’s no way for her to pull the silicone button out and swallow it or get to the charging port. CONS: • Cover is worthless if your dog is a chewer. It goes on like an envelope with a Velcro closure. We took it off immediately. • Without the cover, it’s very noisy on hardwood floors. To us, it’s worth it. (Though, I work from home, so I might feel differently after the holiday vacation.) • She’s an XL dog, so she can fit the whole ball in her mouth easily and accidentally chomp down on the button and turn the ball off. Not a big deal, just something to know if you’ve got a Lab or larger dog. • With extended playtime, the two halves can come unscrewed, especially with a large dog who uses their paws/jaws on it a lot. Thankfully, it makes a loud buzzing noise when this happens, so we know we need to take it from her and screw it back together. Is this a potential danger? With the rechargeable battery inside, I’d say yes. But we also don’t let her play with this toy without supervision. So keep that in mind. Bottom line: It has its drawbacks, but it keeps her entertained and seems like it should last her at least 6 months with supervised play. Which is honestly REALLY good when we’re talking about Indie, Destroyer of Toys. I’d buy it again.

Great and fun but not for large dogs with alot of jaw strength. My Rottie loved playing with it but after just a few minutes of running and catching it it would pop apart. Hence my jaw strength comment. Smaller dogs I think it would be fine but not rugged enough for larger breeds.

I bought this toy just before getting my first GS. She was 3 mos old at the time. This toy was her absolute favorite. I let her play with it a hour or so a day 2-3 × a day and only in the house. When I got her sister a month later, the toy ball sat in the toy box as they played with each other (all day, every day) for about 6 mos. Then this interactive ball came out of the toy box and apparently still fully charged and the games began. They chased it all over the house and all over the backyard (where it got lost and found dozens of times). About a year later the puppies stopped wanting to share this ball, so again, it sat deep in their toy box until a few days ago when I pulled it out and charged it up and the now 2 1/2 yr olds went at it like they'd found a long lost friend. But, alas, they still don't like to share this toy. Because this toy is the only one of the many that I haven't had to replace in the last two plus years I'm going to get two new balls and then they can have three of these little balls to entertain us all. Great toy. Good price. Yes. It is noisy on tile and solid surfaces, but, to me anyway, not so noisy that it's a takeaway from the enjoyment it provides.

This is the best pet toy I ever bought! I have 1 year old small, rescued, high energy terrier mix. He was a little skittish at first when I first gave him the ball. The sounds and movements seemed to scare him. I gave him a few days to play with it without turning it on. Then started it on the slower mode before putting it into the bounce mode. Now, it has become his favorite toy! I love it because it really wears him out. Last Saturday, it stopped working. I bought it in January and here we were 6 months later with his favorite ball broken. I emailed the company that night. I received a response the next morning. I immediately sent the requested information from the original order. I received a response the next day (Monday) saying they would send me a new ball and no need to return the old one. I was told I would receive the new ball within 5 days. Imagine my surprise to find my package was delivered today (Tuesday)! Talk about excellent customer service! I highly recommend this ball and this company.

I would give this 5 stars except for one very important problem. If your dog can pick up the ball in their mouth, it will soon destroy the USB-C charging port making the toy useless. This is due to the soft plastic removable cover for the charging port and on/off switch. Your dog’s pointed teeth will easily penetrate the cover, and eventually press in on the USB-C port, destroying it. Our miniature dachshund has destroyed the ports on two of these already. It’s not a matter of “aggressive chewing”, he can just barely pick the ball up, but if one of his pointed teeth lines up just right with the cover, it will penetrate it. A screw-in cover of the same durable material as the rest of the ball (similar to coin cell battery covers on many devices) would work much better; maybe the next version of this toy will include that as an improvement. That would be great because this is a really good and fun toy otherwise.

This is THE BEST TOY I've ever gotten for any dog I've ever owned! My female Cocker Spaniel ADORES IT and literally wipes herself out playing with it! Super exercise after a winter on the couch!! I even let her play with it for 15 minutes before I gave her a haircut yesterday and she was too tired to move much - although she's very good with a haircut. The ball is amazing - I love it as much as Brenna does and have to say she likes both speeds! I would have given the vendor 5 stars - possibly 10 - except the little strap that is on the cover (which is fine in of itself) came out of the ball and is frayed. The vendor is replacing the ball and the cover - GREAT COMPANY!! My dog is not aggressive or destructive; I personally think the little strap should be heavier and secured more but outside of that DO NOT HESITATE to purchase this ball!! It's a hoot to watch Brenna playing with it and outstanding exercise. She and I BOTH ADORE IT!! Ease of use is perfect - works as stated. Noise level is perfect; Weight is heavier than a tennis ball but a 26 pound Cocker Spaniel is having zero problems with it; Bounce is THE BEST PART!!!! Safety is fine - no possible way for my dog to get hurt with it at all; Chewability would be a problem for a large, aggressive dog that could fit the ball completely in its mouth. The ball is bigger than a tennis ball and thus cannot be picked up by my Cocker Spaniel which makes it even more fun for her AND ME!!! SUPER, SUPER PLAY-TOY for a pup!!!
