The taste was decent, couldn’t tell it’s sugar free… call me crazy but I feel after the first two gummies helped with the knee pain I was starting to feel from being deficient.. but this gas lol tmi but I think you should know before purchasing. I been hard farting since I took them. I didn’t take many. I have Thalesemia so I can’t use it. I would get to much of a build up of iron.

I’ve definitely noticed a difference when I’ve started taking this. I highly recommend it.

I am pretty sensitive to medications. Caffeine doesn’t affect me at all though. These gummies made me feel like some meds have in the past. I only took one. Jittery, clenching my jaw, shaky. I’m not saying anything bad about them, I am sure this is a great product. I just wanted to let other people know in case they have sensitivities similar to mine. Also found it great that there really isn’t too much of a taste.
