A friend suggested these pans & we are glad he did! We love these pans! They are so good, they have a lifetime warranty, nonstick, non scratch, & you can use them on stove, in oven & put them in the dishwasher! What’s not to love?

I have bout many pans over the years and have always been disappointed, but these pans up to now have been fantastic, if you follow the instructions on curing the pan the foods when you cook slides right off, I have yet to have anything stick. It also states on their YouTube video the you can use metal utinsils, but I prefer to use plastic ones, I’m just paranoid I guess, but they are definitely worth the money

The products are great and transferred heat fast. However, there are 2 things to watch out for. First they are heavy. Next, impossible to contact any customer service. They have a message that says they are overwhelmed and will get back to you, which they never did. Buy them if you are 100% sure. There are no way to cancel the order or seek any type of customer service. This included their emails. Buyer bewared - once the credit card is charged you are bind. Best to get it from Costco. Can return to Costco if needed to. Buying from the company internet side can be a costly mistake.

Great set of pans!

Sadly... I opened the first package out of the box which contained a used pan. Scratched and literally dirty. I placed it back in the box and will return it. I couldn't wait to use these for our dinner plans but was soon dissapointed ... Then with another order I placed, the very next day after delivery [17 pcs] EVERYTHING went on sale and rather than credit my order, I had to send everything back [yes, for $223] ... goofy policy.

Just purchased this set at Costco which also included a bonus wok. As it was shown at the demo, it requires just a coating of oil and does not stick and so easy to clean. The heat is conducted very evenly creating consistency in cooking. My fried scallops were the best that I've ever made. t's especially good for making very thin layers of egg without sticking. I'm very happy to find this as my pans were getting old and I was afraid of aluminum leaching.

Amazing product

I would refund these if i could, they're horrible. Not a non-stick pan and not a stainless steel pan either its an odd inbetween. For non-stick you could comfortably fry an egg without much skill or knowledge but for Hexclads you have to follow stainless steel pan instructions to make it semi non-stick. I shouldn't have to watch a youtube video to fry with a frypan. Once you've had an accident and pan is layered with grease you can't use a scouring pad to clean off which is an advantage of a stainless steel pan. EIther way, avoid and either go with stainless steel or go with a non-stick.

Die Pfannen kosten eine Stange Geld, aber die Verarbeitung ist dafür auch makellos. Die beworbenen Versprechungen werden erfüllt. Selbst unser alter Ceranherd liefert mit Hexaclad nun ordentliche Bratergebnisse mit krasser Kruste ohne kleben.

I am not satisfied with this product,my mother and sister recommended it to me but when they visited me they said it wasn't like the ones bought in America. P.. They said that it shouldn't be coated with something shinny and they believe it is not the original hexclad. It was too expensive for something that I'm not comfortable using... My mother said that I should throw them in the trash as we don't know how safe the coating is... And everything sticks or burns to the bottom....

Worth the price very nice to use and super non stick
