I just received mine and today is the first test run, so far so good. I have been wearing TopX Sheath pouches ,since my prostate turned against me, which work well but are a pain in that if you move a lot as I do they will come off. Wearing those i have had to give up dancing and working out at gym.So far after 3 hours the jock is working well, no spotting and are more comfortable than I thought they would be. My only concern is to much crouch cleavage, I don't want to look like I am stuffing LOL. Anyway I think I am just being to self conscience, if experience has taught me anything no one else is remotely interested in my crouch. LOL.I will update if things change, but I see myself ordering more at this point, good luck guys and keep a sense of humor, its the only way to not let it get you down.Just an update....Its been over a week and these are the best product I have found for light urine leakage, it is so much easier to go to restroom with these than the pouches, i feel like a normal man again!Pros:WashabaleInexpensive ( I just bought 6 more)I look like middle aged stripper with the shiny pouch.Cons:They are warm * tip I have some boxer briefs with a mesh pouch, they are much more comfortable with the jock then regular boxer briefs. I may just switch back to boxers...more air flow.The pouch is a bit tight, the boys are a bit squished.Over all Great product.OK its been 10 months, I still like the product, but man oh man they are hot during the summer!!! and everything is so squished, wish the pouch was a bit bigger, to give the boys more room. The jock works great, but I cannot wait to take it off when I get home, so far its the best solution, but I keep looking for something better.washable

In the description it sounds like a good solution for male incontinence, however, it is not! We bought this for a older family member and the waist barely expanded to 40 inches. When putting it on you could hear thread breaking not stretching from first use so it is poorly sewn and poorly assembled. The waist strap and leg staps are comfortable against the skin but this item rides very low not like a regular jock. It can be worn even under low rise briefs or anything larger since it rides so low and has a little pouch for your package. The pouch is very small and not very flexible to move as you do. The pouch would fit a prepubescent boy at best because it is quite small. Small and average package men will easily fill and overfill the small pouch making adjustments a constant necessary issue. Being inflexible, it will not allow for any slight or full "excited states" of your male package. It holds little volume since the pouch is small and, therefore, is really only okay for light dripping or leaking, but cannot hold volume for accidents or late timing of visits to a restroom. It is washable and seems to maintain the somewhat bulky pouch but everytime you pull it on it seems to create thread tearing sounds like stretch stitching was not used like it is in regular jock design. Overall for the price of $29 for 3 makes each one cost about $10.....which over time would normally save you money against disposable shields, pads and undewear, however due to the small sized, inflexible, low-volume holding uncomfortable pouch, I would pass on these and find another solution that works better. I recommend DO NOT BUY!

The product is fine and non-bulky. Absorbency is adequate but if you are of slight build, 32 inch waist or smaller, the jock will be slightly large especially in the straps. My suggestion for smaller men is to wear the jock with regular underwear over it--trunks or boxer briefs are a way to fit the jock in place, feel confident, and not have bulky adult diapers. I would recommend the product with that condition.

I thought I ordered 2XL size on this product but what I got had no invoice or size label on the product. The waist size measured 32 inches. My waist is 46, It doesn't fit.

When purchased, ad stated that I would be receiving a second set free. Well, only one set of (3) received. I tested it by stepping in the shower (with item on) and fully evacuated (urinated), held most of the urine so, it's good enough for leaks and or full on emergency.

Very comfortable and something I will wear often, if you have leakage, taking a lone trip or anywhere bathrooms are far apart you will want to wear this for protection. Nothing bulky to sit on or bunch up, no one knows your wearing it and so comfortable. No annoying string up the back! These are well made and you may only need the three but you will want to tell your friends! Worth every dime! I am very happy with my order.

Great idea but leaks for normal use.

I’m a 73 yr old runner who enjoys training every day. I do between 5 to 7 miles a day. I’ve tried most products and they don’t work. Then I purchased these jokes and what a difference in my training Like insurance you never think about it until you need it. When I’m several miles out and I need to wee and there is nothing there, I’m very thankful I have this jock on. I really like them and they sure work for me. Now will you like them? Who knows, you just have to take a chance, like I did and try them. . Good luck!,,
