So far, so good!
I was hesitant to order this because of a review that stated it didn't come with Windows 11 Professional, but rather the Home Edition (with a $100 option to upgrade to Professional). I was very pleasantly surprised to find out this was NOT the case! And I don't know why there is a video on this showing how to make a change in the bios, which would mislead a customer to think they had to access bios during initial set up, YOU DO NOT need to do that. I've been the technical engineer in my local school district (both at the high school level and college level), and I can assure you this sweet little piece of equipment is truly easy to setup. In fact, it was one of the easiest computer setups I've ever done. Hooked it up, turned it on, answered a couple simple questions, and it was finished. From unboxing to use was probably less than 5 minutes. Beautiful and compact. Now I can't vouch for the longevity because I just started using it, but I'll repost if anything goes wrong. As for right now...definitely a 5 star product!!

Great buy!
I am not computer smart. Installation was very easy. Plugged in, attached screen, keypad and mouse. followed directions. It did it all and downloaded my stuff from the cloud. I use it for excel, word, photos, web and similar. It is fast and so far is outstanding (I have had it three weeks). Very minor downside is only 4 usb ports so I plugged in a thing into one of them that had more ports. Also, obviously do disc player. I wish I had replaced my dell desktop with this a year ago! And, the price is great.

good for some processes but not for full gaming
there's some downsides to this pc however the pro's ought weigh the cons less strength with Wi-Fi because it doesn't have a Ethernet cable unless you have a usb adapter for an Ethernet cable the power video quality and performance are very good I stream with it and use a capture card for my Xbox while I record and stream with this pc its strong enough to edit with obs the price for the quality definitely beats buying a thousand dollar plus pc for the same process

So pleased with this computer!
I think these mini computers have come a long way. My large floor "desktop" was not going to update to Windows 11 so I took a chance on this little one. The solid state drive is so much faster than the old disk drives, starts up in a flash. I have no lag on video streaming either. And so much cheaper than a full size. Like this so much I bought a second one to replace my old laptop, because add a small monitor, travel mouse and keyboard and throw them in a tote for much less than a new laptop.

Came recommended by a friend who's employer uses these for all the employees.
Super easy to set up. I can't believe how small it is...like smaller than a burger at Denny's. I was able to set up my profile and then my wife set up hers. It doesn't seem to lag at all, but then I'm not doing anything that takes a lot of processing power. I keep all my games on my phone...LOL. Anyway, I've had the PC for a month or so now and haven't had any issues.

Maybe just a bad batch
Purchased 4 of these for my company to replace ageing desktop units. Have purchased in the past with no issues. However, these 4 units had serious issues with the ethernet port. We get 80 mbps down here throughout the building, but I could not get these units to go above 4 mbps, and many times the throughput was zero. I would take the ethernet cable I was using and plug it into the older units and the speed was 80, so it was not the cable or the switch. Troubleshooted for about an hour and then gave up and returned these units.

Very nice mini pc with many possibilities!!
I don’t write many reviews, but I thought I would on this little computer thinking it might help someone decide on purchasing the N97 Mini PC. I purchased this little guy in hopes it would help me to keep from having to haul my laptop out to the laser every time I wanted to work on something. I really was wondering if it would be able to handle the software I would be throwing at it. I have had it for about a month now and put it through everything I would need it to do. And to my surprise it has handled everything I have thrown at it including some pretty heavy multitasking. It has been able to run multiple windows of my laser and 3D printing software, in addition to being able to browse the internet at the same time. All that with no noticeable slowdowns at all. For any business with multiple workstation areas that needs just a basic PC to get things done this is the perfect choice. It’s very compact and has the power to handle many tasks at the same time. I am going to include a few pictures of it. You can mount it to the back of a monitor with the included bracket, but I decided not to because of my application. Again, I would highly recommend the N97 mini PC as this thing is really turning into a little workhorse. Hope this helps someone a little in making a decision.
