can this phone work world wide if it is unlock actually in caribbean

It actually works very well i have bought 3 and all three does work. The phones are being used in Trinidad and Tobago with the digicel and b-mobile carrier and both are working perfect.

Is it unlocked or no? Can I use that in argentina?

1st check the company/store/website to see if the phone is sold unlocked. If it is then check the digicel sim card it may be corrupted. If the phone is locked you will either have to use the network it is locked too or attempt to unlock it, there usually are people all over who can do it or you can attempt yourself (at your own risk of course).
