Great product with easy to understand instructions and numbered bags. Very enjoyable build and end result is a very nice looking model. Blocks go together well. Stickers cannot be moved once placed so pay special attention and get it right the first time. Stickers are also slightly oversized so may want to trim down before placing. Cannot go wrong for the price and I highly recommend for anyone looking to build military building block kits. I will definitely be adding to the collection with other kits from this company. Dimensions with stand are approximately 32” long x 5” wide x 9” high so it is a good size model.

What a fun experience! This model came with a detailed book of step by step detailed instructions. Easy to follow, easy to understand. This was my fourth snap block build, and my most enjoyable. The blocks are well made and snap together tight. The end product is solid and well made. Don't rush this model, it will take a few hours. Take your time sorting out the well marked bags of parts, use large cookie sheets to separate all of the small parts, this will make assembly much easier. This is a large model, give yourself a large undisturbed are to work in. The nifty assembly tool that comes with the model is o.k, but a small thin blade screwdriver ( like from a eyeglass repair kit ) seems to work better for when you make a mistake. You WILL make small mistakes when building, check your work frequently and resist the urge to hurry up and think ahead. Have fun!!

Great set with some downsides. The main problem is 4 missing pieces. They were common pieces, so not a major issue, but annoying for a $80 purchase. The chains are fragile and almost impossible to put together, I broke 4 trying to put them together. The stickers were annoying to apply. Other sets have them preset on parts, which look better and are less of a hassle. Worth buying all the same. The thing is huge and looks great on the mantle.

This set was a hit with my son. He loves to build lego projects, was excited when he seen how many pieces it was, but still had it together in about 3 days. The instruction book and bags of blocks were clearly marked and tagged to make it easier to follow along the instructions to put the ship together. It's a big ship, so be sure to have room for it if you are going to display. The stand and the display information panels are a great touch.

My son is a diehard Lego guy so we bought this for him for Christmas not really knowing what we were going to get into. To my surprise, he loved this so much more than Legos the detail the instructions. It really gave him a run for his money and in the end, the product looked amazing put together.

Great product. No need to worry that it’s not LEGO brand.

Great quality ship, my kid is happy, he is 5 years old and it takes us ages to finish it, slowly step by step, but overall very it is very satisfactory and my kid dreamed about Yamato Battle Ship.

Die Yamato war das 2. Set dass ich gekauft habe und es werden weitere folgen, wenn nicht sogar alle. Ich bin von dieser Marke, der Qualität und der Anleitung echt begeistert. Bei keinem dieser Modelle gab es etwas auszusetzen, weder schlechte Steine-Qualität oder fehlende Teile. Im Gegenteil, es sind immer von den kleinsten Teilen, Ersatzstücke dabei. Für diese Preise gibt es absolut nichts zu meckern. Und wer etwas zu meckern hat, kann sich ja mit der überteuerten Marke Lego vergnügen, die aber bei weitem keine solchen beeindruckenden Modelle hat.
