J’avais l’habitude de porter une Apple Watch. Celle-ci est tombée en panne, je me suis dit, je vais changer de modèle, je voulais une menthe qui fasse pas tablette, alors j’ai acheté la withing nova brillant. Esthétiquement elle est super belle, mais alors, Christian de Gestion, Gestion, des applications pour le suivi du Coeur, du sport du sommeil, toutes les applications, c’est une vraie parodie Pour la prise de l’ ECG non performante, voir ridicule J’ai vraiment été très très déçu de la montre ayant des problèmes d’arythmie, et les avis que je lisais sur la montre m’ont dirigé sur ce modèle Je l’ai gardé deux jours et je l’ai renvoyé

Service client totalement innéfficace
J'ai acheté une montre qui après utilisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement. A la demande de Withings, j'ai retourné la montre dont Withings a accusé la réception. Withings s'est engagé à me rembourser: je n'ai pas reçu le remboursement et Withings est incapable de me répondre, En dehors du chat sur lequel répond un humain visiblement étranger (puisque les échanges sont traduits selon les indications du chat) je n'ai pu obtenir aucun contact capable de traiter mon problème: l'interlocuteur (dit humain) du chat était incapable de me répondre précisément et il n'y a eu aucun moyen d'avoir accès à un responsable. Pour ces raisons, Je déconseille fortement d'acheter leurs produits
