Great buy for solar battery bank, or for computer system backup in case of power failure.

I think it works great for powering up some 12v items I have installed in the home for power failure. mostly lights and three USB chargers all wired up to four switches.On trial run.. the battery barely lost much power from a 7Pm - 5:30AM run. three nights in a row.I have 2 100 Watt Solar panels wired up through the charge controller to the battery. It tops itself off daily now.Most important is the wife loves the low level lights as they are intended to be. to see and be able to do things around the home in the evenings and recharge the phones.

Come with bad instructions I think. Just received today and hooked up to my trolling motor. Nothing happened. Hooked up to another trolling motor and nothing happened. Did I receive a dud and waste my money. Is there a way to turn it on? My charger says fully charged. Does it have Bluetooth connectivity, if it does there are no instructions. I'm very disappointed. I wish for the seller to contact me.Update. The seller did contact me and I gave an explanation of the problem and in about a week I had a replacement battery that worked. I will give a 5 star review for customer service alone. I'm not sure it's a 5 star battery because the weather has been sketchy but at least the replacement works. I'm sure the first battery has a messed up BMS and the batteries are fine but unusable in its current state.

Update:Seller offered a FULL REFUND which I accepted, but then asked if I would alter my review (not in those exact words of course, but so obvious), in violation of Amazon policies. As of this update, they still have not completed the refund process a week later. Going the credit card chargeback route very soon, shame on not just this seller but also Amazon for ignoring my complaint. Absolute scam.My direct experience with FIVE of these things:The BMS over-discharge protection is a lie. The manual states it is 9.2V. However, while attempting to cycle them (charging to 100, then discharging until 0, then recharging again) to help balance the internal cells, it turns out they will go all the way down to 8V before the BMS kicks in to protect the battery! I had no loads on it when measuring voltage. This will severely degrade their lifespan if allowed to happen, and possibly cause immediate permanent damage. They are supposed to automatically protect themselves from this, but it does not function as stated.Others' experiences:Search Youtube for Will Prowse. He tested this battery and found the overcurrent protection does not work either, despite what the manual says. Instead, it was the 'last resort' temperature sensor that protected the battery (not good). It also tested lower than the stated 100Ah. More lies. After cutting them open, turns out they do not have prismatic (rectangular) cells inside, but instead they are cylindrical (the product images show prismatic). The internal wiring is also dangerous, with unprotected balance lead wiring just taped down in a few spots. If those wires rubbed over time against something metal (like the BMS heatsink right next to them), it could cause a short circuit and possibly a fire. I found his video only after my purchases and I wish I had waited. Lesson learned.Bottom line, these are dangerous products with their faulty BMS and terrible build quality and I can't believe these are the highest selling battery of this type on Amazon.

This battery is beefy.The only issue I had was one of my own making. You’ll notice this battery doesn’t come with connected posts. They send you posts to install but the swap became less straightforward because I didn’t calculate that in. Ultimately it was fine but had I paid more attention, I would have realized and known what to do before it got here. It works awesome. No problems. I have it set up in what amounts to a solar array.

Working well. Have 4 in series for off grid solar inverter and its nice to not run a separate communication cable as they have their own BMS internally. Ran the lights, cnc, laptop, radio, and random bits for a night with no solar and they did great.

Best battery for the price with eve cells and well working BMS,Cheaper than a car battery!
