Review: Very pleased - NIV Large Print Reference Bible, Personal Size, Thumb Indexed (Black Bonded Leather) This was a gift for my husband for father's day. He has the KJV but wanted one that was in today's language which makes it easier to read and understand. It also is the version our pastor uses so this makes it easier to follow along with him when he is reading. This one is perfect for someone in our age group (60-70's) since the large print is so easy to see but the entire Bible is here with an average size Bible, not big and bulky. The tabs are a bit small and a little hard to see but I'm sure with time anyone will get used to it.
Review: Great version of NIV 1984 - Great version to own of a thought by thought Bible. Helps bring out important nuances other versions like word for word make it easier to miss. This older version isn't gender neutral. It's easier to me to understand that way unlike newer versions of it that are more that way.

### ⭐ Not as advertised.

This was supposed to be the 1984 version. Instead it is just a cheap pew Bible.
