Not Connectable as a phone in the U.S.
There is nothing wrong with the phone that I could see. The problem is that there is not a single carrier in the U.S. that will service this phone. You can use it make calls because the bands required for phones in the US are different than those on this phone. It may be usable in Europe, Canada, or the Far East, but not here. I tried a number of companies before I was able to check the specs provided with the phone and discover the bands were incompatible or not available on the phone. I could not even get a Vonage, VoiP phone, to carry it since they too, need a US compatible phone.

Adware, Slow Screen, low price.
So this phone is good in a pinch. With more modern Android security protocols. As well as the battery life being good. However a MAJOR disclaimer is that this phone comes pre-installed with horrible adware. There's a certain algorithm that throws up an ad every time you open or swap to a new app. There is no disclaimer about this in anything and should be considered. That and your paying what you get for, expect the company to also sell your data if they're willing to secretly install ads. There's also a very slight delay on the screen, it's not bad enough to not get used too. But it's obvious once you use a more modern device. Like said previously, good in a pinch. But I wouldn't make this your next 5 year phone.

They didn’t deliver. They said they tried my Husband was home all day.
Finally, I received the phone. I’m sending it back today. It doesn’t work at all. The camera is terrible. I put the SIM card in. It didn’t download any of my apps and now it won’t work at all.

I should have shopped around.
The charger that came with it didn't work at all. Takes forever to charge. Still haven't found the pen that comes with it. Very heavy.

Did not work properly
Got the phone, which was beautiful, with high hopes... took it to my cell store, and transferred my account to it, and all seemed good, TILL THE MIC DID NOT WORK!!! Even tried bluetooth, and Noone could hear me.... Ordered a new one to replace it, hoping this one was a fluke...???
