I love these knives. I use them daily for dinner prep, yeah it’s probably overkill but it just feels more fun. They look beautiful, the etching is nice quality, and they work beautifully. I usually hand wash, but there are times I throw them in the dishwasher (not recommended) and that hasn’t been a problem, they look great almost a year later. Stayed very sharp, but eventually, I started using a whetstone wand and they sharpened again beautifully with just a few strokes. Love them.
