Sonic Mania Plus (Nintendo Switch)

My son really enjoys playing the game.One of his favourites to play.

Sonic Mania is just like what Sonic was in the 1990s on the Sega Megadrive. There are a few levels from the original games, with new ones too, and everything was in 2D, a fast-rolling platformer that brings back the memories when I was playing the original Sonic games in the 1990s. Everything about this game is great from the graphics to the music and the playable characters, not only includes Knuckles but 2 characters from the Chaotix Crew. Overall, a perfect score of 5 stars.

Love this game. Bought for my nephew for his birthday. Classic gaming for me... New and exciting for him!

Brought this for my son so this is his review. He tells me the game is epic and great fun to play. He said very easy to understand and very playable from the point you start to play.

I got the Nintendo Switch Lite because it has enough reboots of the old school games to keep an old Man happy. Sonic was one of them. And to be honest it’s a bit disappointing. I’d really have loved them to have just rendered the old game, as well as new levels. The new levels are in places ridiculous, where sonic moves SO fast without your control. Kind of a shame. But still fun.

I enjoyed playing through Sonic again and my little lad is enjoying it even more than me. Updated graphics and more FPS have made this a great game release and well worth getting if you love Sonic.
