I am. In love. With Koia. I’ve been drinking these protein shakes for over a year now after I stumbled across them in Meijer. Plant-based, 18g protein (brown rice / pea / chickpea), only 6g sugar (sweetened with organic cane sugar and monk fruit extract), contains all 9 essential amino acids, a smooth non-gritty texture, very filling, and super tasty. Another bonus is that they last a long time unopened in the fridge so it’s easy to stock up, and they last for about a week after opening. Chocolate banana is the best flavor IMO, and the one I’m always in the mood for. Second choice is matcha latte, and third is horchata. The matcha one has 45mg of caffeine which is a nice bonus, but that one also tastes the sweetest of all 3. They range from $3.50-4.50 in-store depending on sales, which I personally think is worth it for the quick protein & benefits. Definitely worth trying, and I’d recommend chocolate banana for any chocolate lovers out there.

I love the Koia drinks. I like that they are dairy free. Every flavor tastes great. I really like the Horchata because of the cinnamon flavor. The banana creme tastes like a milkshake. The cacoa flavor is chocolaty goodness. The protein content is about 18 grams for all the drinks. They are less calories than other protein drinks I've tried. I think 190 calories for the cacoa one if I remember correctly. Sometimes I only drink half and save the rest for the next day or later in the day. They are affordable. It is convenient to grab in the morning. Never had any quality issues and I always keep refrigerated.

The first time I drank this was at a hospital. It is so good. It is completely dairy and gluten free. And loaded with protein which I can appreciate. The flavor is definitely a vanilla flavor. I have tried all of their protein drinks and this is the best one. The size and packaging is perfect for on the go. It is plant based and doesn't taste gross.

These are my favorite brand of protein shakes! They are not chalky and come in lots of great flavors. I do feel that they are a little on the pricey side, but they go on sale often!

I was very happy with the taste (vanilla) and texture of this shake. It was a perfect sized snack for my keto/GF/dairy free needs with no stomach upset that some drinks give me. The texture is about the thickness of heavy cream making it very drinkable.

One of my favorite go to drinks in the morning for a grab and go. Thick, very tasty, filing, healthy!

I absolutely LOVE these protein drinks! Vegan, clean ingredients and they taste AMAZING! I went through a long and at times debilitating GI illness for 7 months that I am still recovering from, and could not tolerate much food - I lost 45 lbs in 5 months involuntarily -- I was able to introduce these into my diet and I truly believe they made a difference in restoring balance to my gut biome. Even though I am mostly recovered, I still drink these daily. They tame my sweet tooth, but have relatively little added sugar. They provide a lot of fiber and protein. I put them in coffee and on cereal sometimes. High praise for this product. The only drawback is the very high price tag. I continue to scour all sources for sales and kind of "hoard" my favorite flavors, but even on sale they are $3.50 each. Worth it though, to me.
