Drank it on empty stomach. I didn't follow any diet or anything, but still it worked. Taste: It tastes like khatta Pani.. I like Pani Puri khatta pani, so it was easy for me. It won't reduce weight. It just cleanse our colon. You may reduce 1 kg or so. It's good health. Easy to use.
