Damn, I'm so pleased with this dude. Silent operation, lifts perfectly. Really programmed for adjusting heights. Tough too. I forgot I left the TV up and ran the RV to the next camp several hundred miles away.... It never budged or loosened... Very please and would but again should I need another lift

Worked well. Very smooth and quiet. Keypad and remote work great. I ended up buying two of them. I have TV's popping up everywhere. Used on 32" tv, but it can handle much larger.

No customer service
Instructions are extremely vague, The content list is incomplete. All parts are not included. When reaching out for help, all that occurs is constant back and forth with the same questions. Over 20 emails and no help provided. Zero customer support.

Poor packaging at the factory
Another ever product that doesn’t need standards it’s missing half of the nuts and both there were no M5 nuts included in it and half of the larger bolts were missing other than that. It runs smoothly and is quiet.

Ascenseur télé, simple à monter, il fait juste un petit bip pour monter ou descendre. Avec une télé de 108 cm, j’ai pu le régler au minimum à 67 cm de haut.
