Very ample size, soft color ways

My scarf came without a gift box which was the main reason for my purchase. It was very disappointing.

This is a beautiful scarf and very soft. I have been trying to move away from polyester and this is one of the most affordable wool blends I've seen.

The cashmere/wool scarf is very soft. Soft enough to wear against my bare arms. It is inexpensively made so you could not be able to pass it off as a real pashmina to the knowledgeable eye, but that’s OK. The long edges have been overlocked on a serger rather than rolled and hemmed by hand, and the fringe is just twisted and the strands are somewhat felted together, but I feel that I should perhaps knot the fringe, both where it comes from the woven part and the ends. But I do like the fabric that is a double-weave twill. What I mean by ‘double-weave’ is that one side is a completely different color from the other because different color threads were used simultaneously when it was woven: one color for one side and the other color for the other side. (Twill is the same weave as is used for denim.) Sorry, art school textile major here! LOL Overall I am very happy with it and would recommend it to others looking for a soft, warm scarf or shawl. A note about the gift box - it is good quality, not flimsy at all. But if you use it to give to someone, remove the scarf from the plastic bag and use proper tissue paper to wrap it inside the box for a more elegant presentation.
