First impression: I read the ingredient list and asked the seller to clarify if the shampoo was indeed sulfate free, I admit I was extremely skeptical because it is a brand I’ve never used before and I have had some bad experiences with beauty products that I ordered from Amazon based on other customers reviews. I will always leave an honest opinion about my experiences because as consumers we have to stick together to ensure we don’t fall prey to incentivized products. I don’t know about anyone else but I simply don’t have the time or money to waste. The packaging is fantastic! Seriously, it’s a proper box that has a sealed plastic wrap so you immediately see it hasn’t been opened. Personally I appreciate that as I have had things arrive and it’s obvious that it’s been used or repackaged. Yes the expensive brands we know and love fall under that umbrella. I try to be as good to my hair as I am to my face, our scalps do a lot of heavy lifting especially as we get older. My scalp did not like the last exfoliating scrub I tried ( a hyena got me in Ulta I’m not even sure how,except that every now and then I would willingly like to be told that there’s a product that is tried and true… ). So I really wanted to do my research and find a product that would make my scalp happy again. Enter Rootstim! I have used it once thus far and I can say that my scalp feels clean, calmed and while I don’t love the scent, it goes away after you rinse it out & honestly it’s not even that bad. In fact I’m 98% sure that the luxurious smelling scrub & dry shampoo I used caused the problem in the first place. I think a lot of people associate scalp issues with misguided ideas; we can be susceptible to drying, over production of oil.. allergic reactions. Rootstim is a welcome addition to my hair care routine. We’re all different so I think patch tests are useful but this product has proven to be an excellent gamble. Oh & the seller is very helpful, kind and easy to contact which is a huge benefit!

I’m grateful for this shampoo! It controls miserable itching, bumps, and scales that can build around my lower scalp, between my ears, above the neck. I was skeptical, because I had never heard of this brand, and I have tried all of the most-recommended products (some with unbearable smells). Tea tree gives me minimal relief which only lasts half of a day. I read the reviews for this and finally ordered it. Thank God I did! This shampoo gives me serious relief for two days, and prevents the bumps! It is a bit too expensive for me, so I only use it on my lower scalp—my trouble area. I apply it at the start of my shower, then let it sit while I take the rest of my shower, giving it time to work and start tingling. At the end of my shower, I use a quality, affordable shampoo on the rest of my head, then rinse all over. I apply conditioner only to the ends of my longer hair. I now wash my hair every-other day. As long as I use this shampoo consistently, I’m good. Two days is my limit until the itching starts to creep back in, but I can live with this. If you’re struggling to find a product that gives true relief, definitely try this!Final note: I don’t know how much climate impacts scalp issues, so for context, I live in central AZ where there is very little humidity.

There is no better medicated shampoo than this one. I tried another that was good, comes out like a liquid brown and your're like yuck! but, it was not bad. This one comes out orange, and at first I was skeptical, but after getting it spread all across my scalp, I was quickly in heaven. The typical soul splitting pain I have felt using medicated shampoos was not there. I liked it so much I decided to use it for bodywash. It really works well; does not exacerbate painful scalp condditions and a few hours later I am considering another shower to expeirence that again. If you have scalp health issues, you need this.

I ain’t even going to lie this right here a miracle in a bottle. My hair is thick and in 3 days oily I had lots of flakes itching I thought I had bugs in my hair constantly and I would wash my hair weekly with name brand products. I would have so much hair loss in the shower it was ridiculous!! I was literally going crazy with my head. Please save yourself and if you have the same problems I did just buy this bottle you WILL notice the difference first try. Now it doesn’t smell like roses it is medicated but once your hair is dry you don’t smell nothing promise. To me it smells like those hotel soaps when you out the shower and your hair still wet. I have used this product 4-5 times since may 9th use it every 3rd day since then less itching, less flaking, only minor hair loss in the shower probably 10-15 compared to the hundreds before!! Please save yourself and just spend the $15-20 on this bottle you will not be disappointed

Works reasonably wee but not great.

I can't say enough about this stuff. It's incredible! I struggle with scalp psoriasis and folliculitis, and my husband struggles with severe dandruff. This shampoo was a game changer for both of us. I was so skeptical that we'd see results as quickly as the listing claimed, but it's true. It's extremely effective and we both saw incredible improvement after 2-3 washes. I'm also soooo happy that it's paraben and sulfate free so I don't have to worry about damage it may do to my hair. I've had no issues with hair loss, over-drying, or other ill effects. Lastly, I saw mixed reviews about the scent, but we both really enjoy it. The lemongrass is refreshing and certainly an improvement over the horrid smelling tar or medicine scents of other medicated shampoos. I will buy this shampoo for the rest of my life.

I have dandruff not sure how i got them but the RootStim Anti Dandruff Shampoo provides rapid dandruff relief, long-lasting oil control, and nourishment for hair. since I have been using the shampoo my scalp don't scratch and my dandruff are totally gone. The Shampoo also strengthen my hair and reduce hair loss. I am experiencing hair growth. I think this is a great shampoo to have. I strongly recommend.
