Excellent wet/dry vac. I use it as a dedicated wet vac to keep my epoxy coated garage floors clean. I slop on a lot of nice hot water and scrub with a mop and then vac up all of the water. Works great. My only issue is that the two wands that come with this vac are too short for me to use without bending over and I'm only 5'6". I tried to order an addition wand tube section from Vacmaster but they were out of stock. I ended up buying one piece of "Rigid" wand from Home Depot, which seems to work fine but doesn't fit into the Vacmaster mounting holes for storage. Still, better than a sore back. Highly recommend the vac.

I was encouraged by the reviews from people with pets using this for home cleaning. I found that the wands are a bit short when vacuuming for an extended time and made my back ache. I am onIy 5"1" so this could be a problem for taller people. I would purchase an additional wand but couldn't find additional ones to purchase. The filter bag that came with the vacuum was damaged, had a small hole from abrasion in shipping, I guess. Be sure to purchase additional bags because you can't dry vac without them. The vacuum brush head clogs quickly with dog hair, but is easier to clean than the standard household vacuums and the hose and bag didn't clog so that is an improvement. I was pleased with the pickup power on hard floor and debris around the woodstove. The power is good and it isn't too noisy. It is attractive and rolls well, much more nimble than previous plastic shop vacs, it is a welcome addition to our cleaning supplies.

If you are a parent digging out 7 water bottle lids, a ziplock bag, a fairy garden gnome, a whole plastic fork, half a roll of paper towels and a sock while hearing echos of “it wasn’t me!” Then you are definitely in the right place. It might be loud but at least it drowns out the sounds of my children saying bruh, that’s so sigma, no cap I’m gonna crash out cause you're skibbity toilet. The hose is long and on hard floors you can drag this thing pretty far with no issues, the wheels are great. My 3 year old likes to fill the hose while the vacuum is off with anything he can stuff inside so 73% of the time as soon as you turn it on 30 things go flying into the canister. And talk about power, this thing starts off strong and doesn’t lose power, your old vacuum would get hung up on a sock but this thing will suck in an entire pair of leggings. I was using bags but I ended up stopping since half the things inside are victims of my 3 year olds sneak attacks. Plus the filter is pretty big so the bags just fit weird. It’s just as easy to dump, make sure nothing of value is in there and be done with it. Plus if one of my kids decides to suck up a banana the toddler threw on the floor, this is easy to wipe or rinse and dry. Honestly I have 5 kids and wish I would have gotten one of these 15 years ago. This thing is awesome.
