easy to use and works amazing
works amazing. I am so pleased with the quality and performance on how much better it moves water in my above ground pool. no leaking and actually very quiet. simple and fast to clean. easy to assemble and easy to read instructions. very happy.

Great upgrade!
Very good upgrade from the 1000 GPH that came with the pool. This actually allowed us to use a skimmer on one of the suction ports.

They leak
I received one pump that started leaking right away. Requested a replacement which took 2 days to arrive, but it leaked out of the housing too. I only had 1 Amazon box to return them in because I threw the first one away not expecting both to leak and having to return them. So, I had to purchase a box since there was no option to return without one. Not only did I have two faulty pumps, now im out $17 for a stupid box to return this garbage. I'd like to get a refund for the box.

Powerful Little Filter That Roars (But Works Like a Beast)
I used this Intex C1500 cartridge pump with my Bestway above ground pool, and it’s honestly been amazing — once I figured out the adapter situation. Super easy to set up, clear instructions, and the suction is no joke. My pool went from “might need a net” to “crystal clear and ready for drama.” It is pretty loud — not lawnmower-level, but definitely not whisper-quiet either. If you don’t mind the background hum, it’s totally worth it. I just run it during the day and unplug at night. ✅ Used it with a Bestway pool — just needed a simple hose adapter ✅ Keeps my 830-gallon pool perfectly clean ✅ Easy cartridge access + strong water flow ⛔ Loud — not a dealbreaker, just a heads up if you love silence ⸻ Great power, solid price, little noisy.
