I purchased this for myself to help with anxiety. It took almost a month of daily use, but made a gentle, calming difference in my anxiety levels. I tried taking two droppers each evening, but it was too much for my system. One dropper each evening has been the sweet spot for me and has helped my anxiety tremendously. It works amazing! Does the job of helping my food digest at night n I wake up refreshed. No more stomach pains! The only thing is the taste...it's horrible! Nothing like the strawberry stuff I had before but it discontinued n I've tried others n none did the job. This does the job.

Not strawberry flavor, mixed berry. Also, it has little flavoring added, tastes more like lemon oil. I decided to refrigerate it and then shake very well each dose and the flavor improved a bit for me.

Reordered it. I love that it is made in the USA . I have had issues with foreign made supplement brands. I love that it lists the DV and elemental amount of magnesium. It is a low dose so you can take frequent small doses throughout the day. I have a condition called secondary hyperparathyroidism. It causes a lot of pain and treatment takes months. D3, k2, and magnesium are needed. These liquid drops significantly affect my elevated parathyroid levels and lower pain. It is much easier for me to use these drops than capsules. I'm hoping by my third bottle my parathyroid hormones will have dropped significantly.

Finally found a magnesium that is easy to take and works great for leg cramps. Only have to take 2ml, 150mg as has excellent bioavailability. No sugar or artificial sugar or sugar alcohol. Made is USA.
