I like this nose spray because it helps with my congestion and doesn’t have a bunch of toxic ingredients in it. I think the cost of this is pretty reasonable also. Most sprays I’ve tried hurt the inside of my nose but this one doesn’t.

I’ve had a cold for a few weeks and towards the end my sinuses got all clogged and it was impossible to breath through my nose. A friend recommended Xlear and a few sprays worked great. I used it a few times a day until my sinuses healed. I’m all better and I highly recommend this product.

I have ordered this several times. I prefer this to products that rely on Oxymetazoline such as Afrin. It is gentler in reducing extreme congestion than those that burn by using Oxymetazoline. I recommend this product.
