Single ear, great quality, low profile
In brief, this is good if you like a low key, single ear Bluetooth device. It comes with a little cable, which plugs into a small oval cradle, where you charge the device. The device and ONLY be charged in the cradle. The cradle holds the device in, I believe magnetically, so great to thrown in a bag, and the device won't get lost. The headset is pretty small and yet still has a small boom mic. Sound quality is great. It has no buttons, so all functions are tap based, and very limited. This is low feature, high use, I'd say. The batteries are not strong, so I would not consider it for hours of talking, but to be hands free and low key, these work. The cradle has three lights to show battery life. The piece itself only has a single light that indicates connecting, connected, or failed. So the good and bad is - it is small. Limited battery life. Easy to carry around. Basically unobtrusive. I also used it onsite when I was working to listen to a podcast without anyone else being aware. I did not mark durability, because its way to new, but it has held up in and out of my bag and in and out of my ear. When I pull it from the cradle it pairs, so it is convenient to keep on a desk and grab to answer.

Crystal Clear Sound Jabra Talk 25!
I am blown away by the sound on this tiny unit. I have owned 2 Plantronics Legends in the past and they both had problems after a few months. I would have callers tell me they couldn't hear me very well and I got really tired of it. Well, when I read some of the reviews on this little unit I thought maybe I'll give it a try. But first I got lured in by one of those Plantronics copies that I saw because the specs looked amazing and they had Bluetooth 5 and of course 5 must be better than 4 right? 😁 So a week later I ended up returning the Plantronics copy because the people said they could hear me but I sounded a little bit "muffled". 😒 Then the little Jabra popped up on sale and I thought, what the heck, I'll give it a try. I am SO glad that I did. The pairing is perfect and quick every time. (Motorola G Stylus phone) The battery is amazing and the recharge is so easy because it just plugs into my computer USB port. Finally, the sound... Every person I've spoken with has said that I sound loud and clear. Even more clear than with the phone itself. Impressive! 👍 The only minor downside is as follows: When I'm streaming music or video, etc. the Jabra volume is independent from the app. (Pandora, Spotify, YouTube etc.) What that means is that you can control the volume on the Jabra and on the app separately but one doesn't control the other. So if the video volume, for example is really low, the Jabra can't turn that up, you have to do that on the phone volume control. Not a deal breaker but not ideal. Conversely, when you are on a phone call, the Jabra and phone volume work as one. That means each one controls the other and you can use either one for total control. So unlike the streaming situation, you never need to touch the phone to change the volume when you're on a call. Since phone calls are really what the Jabra is for, I can't complain too much about the streaming. Also, I don't think this has much in the way of noise canceling but that's probably why the mic sound is so crystal clear. All in all, this is an amazing product for the price or even at full retail. I will update down the road if anything changes. As for now, I highly recommend the Jabra Talk 25. 😊

very nice bluetooth headsetjabra talk 55
very nice Bluetooth headset I was going to give 3-stars but over all but quality and durability from my view is very good when ear set is in base and paired with jabra clam shell case, only thing their was several very helpful call's to jabra support, which is excellent, I do say the battery of ear bud jabra 55 I think could be a lot longer but it is a small unit that fits very well and clarity is real good. the batterie will last i had between 8 to nine hours that one call made during day and a text every hour with one reply and several beeps when an email notification comes in so main reason is to have when driving to take or make cal, plus in base that can charge it back up two more times not a bad unit at all i would say 4 1/2 stars $88.00 to $99.99 it is up their mine was $88.00 but with jabra clam shell case 14.99 = $100.00 investment lets see if it last five years I think it will but time will tell. thanks again jabra support very good staff !! I am going to order their jabra talk 30 or 45 also

It's worth the price and is a good earphone.
Hi. I needed an earpiece with a hook on the outer ear. I have one Jabra Talk 35 and one Jabra Talk 25. They each stay on my ear for hours and I have no complaints! They each work really well for Discord and Zoom video calls, though my friends do hear me better when I use the Jabra Talk 35 (it has two microphones, while the Jabra Talk 25 has one). Since these earpieces CANNOT be used while they are charging, I chose to order two less expensive earpieces instead of one expensive piece. The earpieces stay in place quite well, and they pick up my voice very consistently. They last 3-4 hours of heavy use before the voice starts telling you "low battery." This is rather annoying, especially since the earpiece will keep working for another hour if you don't mind the interruptions. Once she starts telling me, though, I simply turn off the earpiece, swap it for the other, turn it on, and voila!

Talk 55- There's just no way this is workable.
Updated after another week of usage... This is going back. There's no way this thing is useful for anything more than an occasional user. After 2 weeks of usage, battery life seems to be about 90 mins fully charged. And for the last 30 of that 90, it's constantly giving you audio prompts that the battery is low - WHICH INTERRUPT YOUR CALL - so it's really only useful for about 60 mins. Recharge time is not particularly fast... 45 mins in the cradle only gets you +30% charge, so you can use it for an hour out of every two hours tops. I thought I had figured it out, but I have no idea who this is designed for. It is very light and the audio quality is good, but who has a need for a headset that doesn't need it for more than an hour at a time and then always has hour-long breaks between calls? ------- Former review: I've been using the Talk 55 daily for my Zoom meeting headset for about a week now, and I think I'm coming to understand the very odd design - and even coming to like it. I had expected a headset with a charging cradle, and instead got something that's best understood as a single better Airpod with an odd charging case. Like an Airpod, battery life is 3 hours or less, but the recharge through the "case" is very quick. Also like an Airpod, not having a 6+ hour battery and a USB-C charging port makes the earpiece itself small and light - the difference in size and weight between the 45 and the 55 is pretty significant. All that being said, the "charging case" is a weird design. It's too thick to comfortably go in your pocket, and it doesn't close- the earpiece is held in by magnets but easily can be knocked out if it's banging around in a briefcase. The outer material of the case is grippy, so again you really can't put it in your pocket. I don't know why they bothered to make the "charging case" and essentially make the case impossible to carry anywhere unless you put it in another case (your Jabra charging case case?)? The charging case does work really well as a desktop cradle, and I rarely have more than 3 straight hours of calls where I don't have a few minutes to pull the earpiece out and drop it in the charger. It's really convenient to be able to drop it in the cradle and grab it out of the cradle when you need it vs. finding a USB cable and opening the cover to the charging port, pulling the USB cable out, closing the charging point and then turning the headset on. It raises the question why they didn't just make it a desktop cradle and do away with the whole "charging case" pretext. Everything else is what you'd expect from a Jabra USB headset. Noise cancelling is good, sound quality is good, the ability to pair to two devices simultaneously is really nice. It pairs up right away with no drama every time you grab it.

Jabra 55 Great on the phone. NOT great on the PC. Comfortable! Short battery.
The most comfortable Jabra headset I have purchased by far. NOISE CANCELLATION - GREAT WHEN FAR AWAY, TERRIBLE WHEN CLOSE The noise cancellation is EXCELLENT when the noise is more than ten feet away. And I mean EXCELLENT. I was on an exercise walk while on the phone with my cousin and I came across road work which included a jack hammer. At 20 feet she could hear the jackhammer but only faintly in the background. At 10 feet she could hear it but it did not overpower what I was saying and I did not need to raise my voice. At 30 feet she could not hear it at all. But you know what she COULD hear. And I mean hear it like it was disruptive to hearing what I was saying? She could hear me washing my hands in the sink. She could hear the crinkling of me folding plastic grocery bags to put in the recycle box. Imagine that there is an arms length circle around you. ANY sound within that arms length circle gets picked up and amplified. I can not use this device while holding a hose to water the lawn because the sound of the water coming out of the hose is overpowering to the person to whom I am speaking. I can't even use this device while opening pill containers at a kitchen table to put pills in pill packets because the noise of just that is disruptive to the person to whom I am speaking. But I can walk down a trafficky street and the person can't hear the cars. BATTERY LIFE It says you get 3 hours and that is TRULY all you get. It doesn't matter if that 3 hours is spent being idle in your ear. It needs a recharge after 3 hours. BLUETOOTH RECEPTION Bluetooth reception on my mobile devices is great. Bluetooth reception on Zoom calls using the Jabra 370 dongle is NOT GOOD AT ALL. I ordered the 360 Jabra dongle to see if maybe the dongle is the problem. I will report back. But at this point, using the Jabra 55 on the PC with the Jabra 370 dongle for Zoom calls is useless because it cuts out or I sound garbled to the other participants.

a great inexpensive BT-4 headset
for an inexpensive headset, I had low expectations, but... this little headset is awesome. The sound is super clear (had complaints about previous headsets), it charges fast, stays well on my ear when using the plastic clip. what amazed me was my phone was in the kitchen streaming TV, I was wearing this Jabra and went to the basement to get something, the signal never dropped. In the more than a month since I had the headset, the battery had never died (I charge it every few days), despite often streaming and taking long calls. I started to install the Jabra app, but after all the conditions and the apparent lack of benefit I decided to abandon. I won't deduct a star since this review is about the headset which works fine without the Jabra app. One negative - which is not unreasonable - is that the plastic earloop falls off easily if you throw it in a pocket with lots of other stuff. I usually keep it in my shirt pocket separate from everything else. Overall, the sound quality is excellent, the price is cheap, it fits nicely, feels comfortable even for hours of streaming TV, great battery life and charges fast.

Bought for my husband he uses it every day
My husband had an older Jabra Bluetooth ear piece that was falling apart because he used it everyday all the time except when he slept but still worked but would go in and out on a call. He had it for many years so he needed a new one and wanted a Jabra because of the one he had was awesome. So I bought him this one after comparing the different ones they had to offer. He has this ear piece in his ear and on all day long even with sweating and probably some ear wax etc in his ear getting on and probably inside this ear piece but still working without issues for about 6 months I think so far. It always picks up a call when he presses the answer button. He is working on building our house and when he is using the wood saw it is so loud that I can’t stand it because makes my ears hurt just saying it picks up very good. He will talk on this ear piece and be on his phone looking at Facebook at the same time. The charge on it lasts for days even though he usually charges it every night but there has been many times he has forgotten and still worked each day. It must be comfortable in his ear because there has been times he has gone to bed and laid down and forgot it was in his ear. It has a small plastic piece that goes over the ear to keep it from falling out and losing it and that part doesn’t hurt his ear either. He is very happy with this Jabra Bluetooth ear piece. He feels like he has lost something if he doesn’t put it in his ear in the morning. It is like part of his body. Recommend to buy this one or any Jabra product. I believe they have great warranty also but never had to use warranty because there has been no issues with the 2 he has had. Hope my review helps.
