**Q: I just bought this unit and recived today when i turn it on it reaches temp then turns off how do i fix this**
A: It has an accelerometer that will reduce the heat when no movement is detected. It should not turn of but just reduce the heat and heat back up very quickly when moved about again. You can look at the settings on a PC/Laptop with the USB cable and the app. Might update the firmware also.

**Q: What's the difference between the two options (B2 tip and BC2 tip)?**
A: Thanks for your questionThe difference between the two options (B2 tip and BC2 tip) is the different Tips. They have the same TS100 Controller, but one is with B2 Tip, and another with BC2 Tip.The difference between B2 tip and BC2 tip is their size. You can look at the details in the photos of this two Tips, and choose the right one for you.And we also provide the gold controller with both B2 tip and BC2 tip

A: You have to find a DC5525 male connector. Any plug will work so long as it is 12-24 volts. It also might be the same cord as a lap top charger.
