Clear, concise facts , and was not intimidating with over sharing. Very age appropriate for 8 and 9 year olds. Including stories from other girls and women is a lovely touch.

I got this for my daughter because I felt like the time was coming and I wanted her to be comfortable with her body and the changes. She was so appreciative to have this book. She said it helped her know what questions to ask and she made notes in it and would come ask me things based off the notes she made.
