Works great - can take it WITH a meal rather than 30 minutes before eating
Great product! It helps my body lower my glucose numbers really well. Also, I can take it WITH a meal rather than having to take it 30 minutes before a meal like other Berberine products.

Impressive!!
First, I just want to say that I ordered this product at like 1 pm and had it delivered into my hand before 5 pm! Second, I picked this one because it has the highest amount of the most effective component to accomplish my goal and the results are exactly as expected. I already feel better! I've tried and researched several other versions, but this is the one, hands down! Definitely a game changer!

Works, but not as effective as my other procedure
Type-2 diabetic for about 8 years on Metformin. Tired of the side effects of metformin and convinced my doctor to let me try berberine. Actually started on 100mg, twice a day, of dihydroberberine and had GREAT results. Multiple tests a day stayed between 95-112. I’m a fan of this doctors YouTube videos and decided to give this a try for possibly a once a day dosage.. FOR ME, this doesn’t seem to last a full 24 hours and readings are a little higher than with twice a day dosage with a lower dosage of dihydroberberine. This might work when the weather improves and I’m able to get back to outside exercise. To be fair, this might be fine if I just wanted to maintain my current 6.2 A1C, but I want to show my doctor what dihydroberberine can do!

GREAT !! LOWERED MY A1C ...
THIS IS GREAT IT DID LOWER MY A1C BY 1.3 PTS. I WAS 6.7... IT WENT DOWN TO 5.4.... OF COURSE I CUT BACK CARBS AND SUGAR... AND EAT VEGGIES FIRST BEFORE PROTEIN AND FATS ... BUT TAKING THIS A HALF HR, BEFORE EATING WORKS !!! OH AND DRINK HOT WATER AND LEMON BEFORE BED ... THIS ROUTINE REALLY WORKS ...

Slow to get results,it's a large capsule which definitely requires a large, very large amount of water or other liquid to swallow it and make sure it gets all the down into your stomach. Otherwise u will feel very uncomfortable with the pill stuck in your esophagus. Be mindful this product tends to cause diarrhea and nausea in some people. Stay the course and it will improve..It might take an entire bottle before your body adjusts to it. In the meantime you can take the various OTC products to get some relief.

Better than MetFormin for me!!
Super Berberine has replaced my MetFormin (Type 2) diabetes medication. I monitored my blood sugars before starting Super Berberine and when taking Super Berberine. For me this product works as well, if not better, than MetFormin. I am taking the product as directed and my blood glucose values are well under control. I look forward to my next physical to learn about the other great benefits Super Berberine has on my blood chemistry! Great product, I recommend this product with your doctor's advice and continued blood glucose monitoring!

Way Underdosed
Despite its claims of being 5X’s more bioavailable, my experience was that it’s way underdosed. Despite increasing the dosage, the results weren’t as favorable as those previously experienced from the Phytosome form.
