Resin filters were wet and fitting caps were put on incorrectly. After setup the output water constantly reads at 25 PPM. Looked at possible return but only available options are to pay return shipping out of pocket. Shipping this thing back from Hawaii will cost more than what it’s worth so my only option is to buy replacement resin for another $90. Absolute joke. This was purchased and shipped from Amazon directly. I would expect better QC than this.
