Very happy with how the bands are simple to measure how much the starter has grown and to remember what day and time I fed it. Love the muslin elastic bands to go on top.

Great packaging

Ok starter set, but the jars are not big enough for future use. You will buy regular size mason jars in the future. The spatulas and covers are nice.

Not sure whether these said “not dishwasher safe”, although I can’t imagine why they wouldn’t be, but the first time I washed them, the measurement markings washed off. They don’t stand up to repeated use in that regard.

This jar is very nice for the making of sourdough starter.
