Great clock! Love the red so it’s easier on the eyes at night, love the dimming feature and love that it’s small enough to fit well on a side table but the numbers are easy to read. Perfect fit for our guest room :)

This digital clock is GREAT! Small & doesn't take up much space. Numbers are large & thick. Easy to read. Extremely user friendly with button's. The dimmer is wonderful for the bedroom but still able to see in daylight (I have red numbers). LOVE this digital alarm clock! Thanks DreamSky!!!

My severely myopic eyes require large numbers, but the Timex large number alarm clock/radio I used previously (purchased at Bed, Bath and Beyond) was ridiculously complicated to operate and set. I dreaded time changes, and who needs that kind of anxiety from...a clock? Plus it was very large in comparison to this DreamSky. Having a radio in a clock in the age of the smart phone really isn't necessary (not to mention I don't listen to music at night or need it to get up by). This DreamSky, which I found evaluated on Wire Cutter, is, with one small technical issue, the best electronic alarm clock I've ever had. It performs 2 basic functions: 1) it tells the time, in big, easy to see letters, and 2) it has an alarm. That's it. Plus this clock is minimalist in size: about 1/6 the size of the old one and thus doesn't clutter my night stand. Yet the numbers are 2 inches high! I can still read it from across the room. It's much easier to set, and both the volume and brightness are easily adjusted by intuitive controls on the back. A lot of clocks like it don't have those functions. I wish I had one of these clocks years ago, and for the price ($18.99) this was truly an excellent buy. So...why am I giving it 4 stars instead of 5? One of the reviews I read said that the plug-in stuck out from the wall and made it difficult to mount this clock behind something close to the wall. Well...that review is accurate. The plug sticks out 2 inches from the wall (I measured). If one desires to place this clock on a dresser that covers an outlet, this means one's dresser can't be even reasonably close to the wall. My current set up is not affected by this, but I can see where it could be for many. Thus this is the one caveat for an otherwise excellent, space-saving, easy-to-use clock. I hope DreamSky fixes this issue because this really is a great clock. Despite my caveat then, I give this clock my highest recommendation. This remains the best alarm clock I’ve ever had. After 1 year it still works great. Yet I stand by my one criticism and 4-star rating based on the jutting wall plug.

I live in Houston, where power failures are basically a tradition. Thunderstorm = no power, for at least a couple minutes. Which meant resetting my clock (and microwave & everything else) several times a week in rainy weather. But not any longer! This clock takes up very little space but the digits are 2" high and readable from across the room, even with my 80-year-old eyes. (I got the red version but there are several other options.) Thee are 4 levels of brightness so it's easy to find one you like. Note that it's not battery *operated*, though -- that battery acts as a UPS for at least a few minutes and saves your various settings until the power comes back, which is really all I needed. Not at all expensive, either. Well recommended

Great Display; bright enough to see across the room! Love the feature of having a USB port for charging my iPhone! Its small, and light so it could slip off if you have other items on your nightstand, although I have it on a tall cabinet, just mentioning the possibility. Quite easy to set up. Only time will tell of its durability.

Nice and bright, easy to program

Great little clock. Numbers are really bright. That can be adjusted to your liking. I like the built in USB port to connect a phone charger. It's smaller than I expected. ChapStick for scale. Not a problem though as the numbers do fill the entire front with very little bezel. Battery backup is nice. It looks good. Will probably purchase more for other rooms.

All the features work perfectly. Just discovered I can't deactivate the alarm for vacations etc!
