Does it help with hand cramps?

I particularly use it to help prevent hand cramps. As a rock musician still playing in my 60s, I drink one Pickle Juice and drink a sugar-free sport drink before every show. Oh yeah, and take an ibuprofen for the 'ol back too.

Is the shot just a concentrated 8 ounce bottle?

I don't think so. Pretty sure it's straight pickle juice, not concentrated. Designed to be consumed right from the bottle as it's advertised to relieve muscle cramps. I use it primarily as an additive to my Bloody Mary mix. It's very "pickle" flavored but not a concentrate.

Does this product have sodium benzoate? it is a preservative and i don't want that in my food diet

According to the package, it contains dual filtered water, vinegar, salt, organic dill oil, potassium, zinc, vitamin C and vitamin E.
