It's ok, better for you than just plain water
Not sure what I expected to happen after a month ... Can't honestly say my digestive system is improved at all, but I guess is more about knowing as far as nutrition is concerned, serving a day, and I'm covered

This is surprisingly tasty .I mixed mine with my freshly squeezed orange juice .but tasty on its own

Impressive list of quality ingredients
I’m def liking this. I’ve tried other pro and pre biotics before but they didn’t suit me. This one has a mild subtle fruity flavour and the powder dissolves reasonably well with a few shakes. Impressive list of ingredients for the price. I would recommend and would buy again. Good value for money and swift delivery.

It’s not got a lot of fruit flavour 😏
It’s very easy too mix but if I’m honest it’s not a particularly nice taste, but not horrible. I’m afraid I’m one of those people that just like mixing it with water.
