They taste nice they are a bit on the sweet side. The texture is very strange but eatable. Eating One did not do anything for us so we had to eat at least 3 to have a good sleep every day. But overall, I don’t think it’s value for money and I don’t think it’s that strong enough. I don’t think I’ll purchase again especially for that price.

So far I haven’t noticed a dramatic difference in chillness, but it’s early days and I’m sticking with them to see if the calm creeps in quietly rather than kicking the door down. Either way, flavour and quality are excellent, so they’re staying in rotation — I’ll just need to remind myself they’re supplements, not cinema snacks.
