Decorating the tree was easier than ever because anyone could take time-out to make a decoration at the dining table when it got too crowded around the tree.The set comes with 24 trees that are painted black and have a pre-punched hole at the top, 24 or more bright red, pre-cut, good quality string that threads easily through the hole and ties easily, and 24 black styluses to scratch designs with. I just spread out the materials on a tray and supplied more plastic trays to use when working on the trees. This turned out to be a great way to do it because the black "scratchings" will smudge cloth, like furniture, table cloths, and rugs.

Fun for kids. My child hung it on our Christmas tree. The black color is a little depressing for a bright colorful tree but I knew that when I bought it. The main thing is that the kids had fun!

My nieces and nephews had a great time decorating their own ornaments for our their own Christmas tree. Makes a great diversion for small to older family members keeps them occupied, even grandpa, while you are doing other holiday party set up. I highly recommend that you purchase different styles. This year I only purchased the trees. 5 packs, more than covered our child pencil 7ft. Christmas tree.Everyone in the family was able to do several on their own.

There are 20+ tree ornaments to color, 4 different tree styles. However, the trees are cut from very lightweight paper and will not hold up to toddler hands doing the coloring. I dont believe they will last for more than one Christmas. I will not purchase again.

We bought these for the children at our annual holiday party. It kept them busy for 30-45 minutes creating their own tree ornaments. Good quality scratch paper. All the kids took them home to hang on their trees. Anything that keeps the kids quiet for 30+ minutes without needing adult help is a blessing!

I thi9nk these might be a good thing for young kids, or adults with some previous artistic ability. Which is not me! I can honestly say. I found it difficult to make up my own design and do it in a way which did not make it look as if I was a 3 year old doing this. Problem is every one like what a 3 year old does, but I am not a 3year old and have not been for over 5 decade. Other than that if have kids might be good ide3a , but will have to watch them close with the sticks if they have other kids around!

Used as part of the craft portion of my Sunday school class in December. The kids loved it!

We are using these for an ornament event in our local café around the Christmas holiday. Tested one yesterday. Perfect for what I wanted to use them for and hoped they would be --- easy, fun and no mess to clean up.
