Can't beat this stuff. Works well with a nice texture, taste and smoke point. Very clean and melts so easy to cook with. Healthier than a lot of oil with a high smoke point so it's easy to fry and sauté. Thank you.

A bit expensive, but it is the only tallow I have ever bought, so I don't know how it compares to others. But it tastes great.

Beef tallow adds flavor to beef dishes like stew, etc. Wagu, is of course, top of the line so the taste is really good. It doesn't take much. If you wish you can refrigerate your dish after cooking and skim the tallow off if you want fat free. Its a pretty good size and lasts quite awhile refrigerated.

Very good ,good beef flavor,easy to use

Decided to give tallow a try after hearing so much about it. This brand is very good. Taste is fine. I've used it to sear meats on cast iron, and it has a more neutral taste than the avocado oil I used to use for those purposes. Recently I decided to try ghee, and I find it's more versatile because I can use it for cooking vegetables on my wok too and get a better flavor

Great flavor, makes awesome burgers. It's also great for reheating a steak on an iron cast Lodge skillet. I've used it to to maintain the skillet too, for that heat it up prior to storage and let it cool so it bakes in.
