Engineered for durability and precision, this mill stop is the ultimate upgrade for complex milling setups. ## Description 5 Axis precision milling vise part stop anodized red and gold (see all pictures for details) High precision table mounted part locator stop. Main body is solid one piece, NOT two halves bolted together. Mounting bolt size is 1/2"-12 thread. T-nut measures .610 and base width 1.00" (will fit 5/8 t-slot) Heat treated 22mm diameter pivot pins. These will fit Haas and many other machines. Could be made to fit bridgeport machines using 3/8" studs, but will require your bolt, washer and t-nut. Upper clamp is made of 3 parts, these can be easily taken apart and cleaned when chips get wedged in. Locating stop rod is 6mm.1018CR mild steel and can be shaped to your needs. Upper clamping section uses a 1/2"-12 bolt, same as lower. Use your 3/8" hex wrench to tighten upper and lower. ( allen wrench or other brands) No upper handle to get in the way of cutters or coming loose from chips grabbing. Base, dog leg and three upper clamp parts are made of 6061 aluminum.
