I buy this product for bed bug control. The price (bulk size) is right. Used as a spray for furniture (especially under, in and on beds and upholstered chairs) it is very effective in both warding off bugs AND, upon contact, killing them. The item needs to be watered down (I use 1/3 peppermint oil, 1/3 vinegar, and 1/3 water in a large spray bottle....good ones available at Amazon). The scent is strong but pleasant. Open a window or two if it is too much for you.

This is the 2nd gallon of peppermint oil, I have bought from this seller because it is the highest quality anywhere. PLEASE consider getting this one for yourself. I put 4 ounces in a spray bottle filled with water. then spray apartment's air vent - saturated paper towel to leave in dishwasher when not in use. - spray in crevices and corners of every room discouraging spiders, roaches and mice. Wasps and birds hate this stuff - so, I use on my patio. NOT harmful to poets or humans. In fact, it is good for human lungs. Do not empty spray bottle until you check that all oil is gone - if not, refill bottle with water. This can and should be done several times.

We are using this to help get rid of mice/rats. We soak cottonballs and put them under our house. It worked so well that it drove the mice up to the attic so we are now treating that. It also helps reduce bugs. Highly recommend
