The product is what I expected. Delivery was excellent with clear instruction where it was left (as I wasn't at home). Unfortunately I hit the wrong button when I submitted the delivery feedback and there is no way to edit it! Sorry😭

A far as probiotics go, it does exactly as you'd expect. I personally didn't experience any side effects and did feel my stomach become more balanced and healthy.

Read through so many reviews on different probiotics, these had a lot of positive reviews but sadly hasn't made much difference to my IBD. However, for the first time in years my nails are strong. I have felt healthier in myself. Will continue to take them.
