At that price, the pan is worth it 😃 I also learnt how to just take a bit of care to place the pan in a way the weight is distributed more better. Original review. The pan is really nice and indeed non-stick. fried eggs, stir fry veggies all came out very nice and did not stick. Washing is a breeze by mostly rinsing. The negative is the handle that came with it. It is too long and too heavy for the pan so, unless i keep the pan in a certain way on the stove burner, the Pan will topple. That is a risk and people may get burnt with hot food spilling on to them when the pan tilts. Someone can argue its my stove but, thats pretty standard and my other pans sit nice and stable unlike this one.

Absolutely LOVE this pan. I have never used one like it. My eggs just slide right off. I make sure not to make the heat too hot. It doesn’t need it. It cooks everything through beautifully. So easy to clean. I just wipe it clean then use a little and water with a sponge. It is so pretty I keep it on my stove. It has a nice weight to it. Very good quality!

UPDATED: I figured out how to assemble the pan.. This is my third pan in the series because I love the first two sizes - nothing sticks, easy to clean, eggs cook great. The problem with this third one, which they don't tell you, is that it requires assembly. The handle does not come attached to the pan. They give you a screw and a screwdriver but the screw doesn't fit and I've been trying for several days to attach it, with no success. This is a PITA and they should show the pan with the handle unattached. Otherwise 5 stars.

I originally meant to buy their other pan (Redchef Nonstick Frying Pans Set, Ceramic Pan Skillet, Non Toxic Pans for Cooking, 8" 9.5" 11" Ceramic Frying Pan Set PFAS & PTFE & PFOA Free with Stay Cool Handle, Dishwasher & Oven Safe, Beige White) but bought this one without realizing they were different, oopps. Now these pans are good enough. My 3 stars is solely because it startched chipping by the 2nd use. This is the first pan that I have ever followed the instructions to the T, because I wanted it to last the year but I see it might only last a few months if that. It looks like the coat is already thinning out and I don't care for the fact that it stains but overall it has made my pancakes beautifully minus the times I had to clean it in between the pancakes but I would gladly take that over it sticking. I would have given it 4 stars but the fact that it started chipping after 2 uses was not appealing to me but don't let my review stop you from trying it. I do not see this lasting long term, I have used it for less than a month according to the instructions but don't like that things tend to burn by the time you are done cooking, well in the case of making 2 pancakes at a time. I normally make anout 16-20 pancakes at least once a week on it. I boil water to get rid of anything that sticks but the stains stay behind because you cannot scrub. Maybe it is a user error but this won't last in my home. Try it for yourself. I am having trouble uploading the rest of my photos this is the most recent photo of my "clean" pot. I say "clean" because I scrubbed with a soft sponge until my arm felt the burn and this was the closest I got to removing the stains from the tortillas I warmed up.

Been using this for a while, chiefly for omelets. I do spray some olive oil on it before adding the eggs (after wilting some kale or baby spinach in a sprinkle of water). So far it's been absolutely great - omelet slides right off! Time will tell, but I'm very happy with it.
