I have tried a number of collagen tablets now and I've finally settled on these and been taking them for several months. They are big tablets but all the other makes I've tried are also big and I found these the easiest to swallow. I have also tried the gummy versions but they are very sweet and quite strong tasting. My hair has improved the most - I have grey/white hair which is now very shiny and healthy looking. These also seem to be the best value for a whole months supply.

large tablets but easy to swallow. tasteless. 3 tabs per day. saw a positive difference in improved quality of my nails, and thickness of my hair. no obvious change in my skin.

I am 64 and have been talking these approximately 2 and a half months. No dramatic obvious improvement but possibly helped hair a little. Swallow whole with water no aftertaste.

Arrived on time , they are big tablets but same as shop bought . Great value will buy again .

Now firstly, these are LARGE tablets, so if you cannot swallow large tablets do not bother, at all ! Please do alot of research before taking collagen, its not suitable for everyone. These ones are pretty high strength, and theyre also made in the UK, something i was advised to check beforehand. Placebo you may say .... in this case not. I take tablets and i forget ive taken them, but these actually made a difference ! not in my face, although tbh im not 20 anymore... but on my body and legs, i noticed a 100% difference, the skin was smooth and soft, in fact the boyfriend asked if i had been exfoliating !? ( where did he learn that word from ..mmm) so yes, i have definately noticed a difference on the body !!

Its too early to comment as yet we haven’t taken the bioglan collagen just has been received today maybe after weeks also be able to write my review. Watch this space.... ill rated 4* for efficiency.

I love this product , coz i noticed it's benefits in my joints and skin.

I'm giving 4 stars for the packaging and the samples/gifts included. Will review the product in a month on its effectiveness.

Let’s just say after starting taking these tablets my hair has never looked better !! And it’s really good for the bones too! I suggest all women above the age of 25 start on these they really help
