I drink a lot of water and had been buying electolyte packets to replinish, when I decided it was time to make my own with better quality & no BS, and save money. For my drinking water, about 32oz at a time, I use ~500mg with ~200mg potassium chloride, covers my electrolytes and taste is mild, no weird artificial sweeteners or sugar, I add a pinch of stevia extract but I don't really mind the taste of that much salt in 32oz water anyway. Saving money and it works as well or better than prepackaged electrolyte mixes.

I love this salt. It’s the best for baking! It dissolves easily and it last a long time.

Besides using it for cooking, it’s ideal for adding to water to get your electrolytes in, especially since it’s iodine-free and organic. At the price offered for a pound, I find it to be a superior choice both in flavor and value. This is a wonderful fine-grain salt. I like that it does not contain iodine. This salt adds a nice flavor to roasted veggies and meats. I've been using it as a finishing salt. I also use it on popcorn. I really like the smallness of the grains of salt. I love to cook and play in the kitchen. I would get this salt again.

I read a great article on putting minerals back into your water after filtering it. It’s not something I thought about. The body doesn’t just want liquid, it needs the natural minerals. Baja Mineral Sea Salt was recommended as the best way to replenish the water. I found All Goods while reading Amazon reviews and decided to try it. I made Sole Water to add to my glass container. It tastes great! It blends into the water and has a similar flavor profile as unfiltered water but without the contaminates. A great product!
