This stuff really works! I am almost 65 years old. I just got back from my first dental appointment after using taking a BioGaia Prodentis mint tablet every night after brushing my teeth. It was the best check-up I've had in many years. Quick, not painful, and my dental hygienist said my teeth and gums looked a lot better, "Just keep doing what you're doing." She also said my oral health is now much better than most people my age. I'm not saying you won't need to floss (I water floss once a day, brush twice with an electric tooth brush), but this new, big, improvement was after I was already doing those things. Oh, I was also told to stop using alcohol-based mouthwash as it dries out the tissues (you probably don't want to use ANY mouthwash, as it would defeat the purpose of this product). I did that, the first day I started using this product, and I never regretted it. My teeth and gums never felt better and cleaner. I was always wishing for a "pill" that would facilitate better and easier dental check-ups and cleaning. This is it! It also has improved my gut health. It helped reduce or prevent IBS and constipation. It is not inexpensive, but I was able to stop buying expensive mouthwash, and also stop buying an expensive brand of probiotic yogurt that is supposed to promote gut health, so it balanced out pretty well.

My wife had terrible issues with dry mouth, fuzzy teeth, and bad morning breath. She has had none of those problems since using this product. They can't be easier to use. Just pop one in your mouth before bedtime and you are good. As far as the claims for gut health, she notices no difference, but then she had no gut issues before. We used to buy this locally, but shelf stocking was hit and miss, and it cost more. Buying these through Amazon saves us money and they are always in stock.

I purchased this product because our dental hygienist recommended them. My wife missed a couple of cleanings and the result was she required a scaling to properly clean her teeth. Our hygienist always transcends our expectations with her knowledge so when she recommended this item I did not hesitate to order them, I am heavy into supplements and have been for more than 30 years but never heard of an Oral probiotic. This pill dissolves in your mouth so it is important to refrain from drinking anything after taking it so it can stay in your mouth. Our hygienist recommends after brushing your teeth at night is best because it has all night to work. My wife resumed her regular cleanings and our hygienist could not be more pleased with the healthy appearance of her gums. I also take them even though it was not recommended for me but when it comes to my health and already being an avid supplement user I decided to add this to my regimen. I must add they taste pretty good. We have tried the regular mint and green apple flavors.

The is is amazing! Better than any mouthwash to keep that all day fresh feeling and my plaque level reduced significantly with bo other changes (dame sonicare toothbrush and flossing routine). I hope they never run out! Even helps w midday blue cheese garlic lunch - my mouth feels so much cleaner it is strange!! I take it once daily at night after brushing and right before sleep. This will be a repurchase forever!!!!

They work as designed

Dentist recommended these, so it'll take time to see if I notice any changes to digestion and gums. I love that they dissolve and you can just leave it in your mouth without having to chew or swallow a pill. Decent flavor, but not sure if they actually have living cultures as that's what pro/pre-biotics should have. Pretty doubtful but I guess we'll see in time.

Love these mouth probiotics. They are great tasting, easy to use, and works well since I have had so many dental issues.

ロイテリ菌がアトピー肌に効くと聞き、少しでも軽くなればと思い購入しました。 味は普通のミントタブレットという感じです。元からミントが好きですので、特に辛すぎる感じはありませんでした。 毎晩歯磨きのあとに舐めながら寝ていますが、次の日の朝、口のねばねばが全くなくなりました。臭いもかなり軽減されてびっくりです。歯垢が付きづらくなっているかんじです。気付いたら、主人も勝手に舐め始めていました笑 使い始めて１ヶ月経っていないので、アトピーの方はまだわかりませんが、継続していきたいと思っています。

就寝前に口に含んで寝ると、お口の中のネバつきが取れる良い商品です。 ただ、梱包がエンベロップ型の薄いダンボールだったせいか、1箱が完全に潰れた状態でした。パウチの破れはなかったので中身は大丈夫そうですが、少し気になりました。

日本は口腔ケア的なことが遅れていると知りショック。でもこちらを知れてまた、ケアへの意識もついて良かったなと思います。 スッキリ辛めのタブレットです。
