Definitely a lifesaver
Lifesaver. This little thing helps tremendously when it’s hot. I do vendor events and they can be extremely hot in the summer. This little fan helped a lot last summer. Very quiet. Battery lasted the entire event. Usually 6 to 8 hours. Just clip to your pants and aim up your shirt. That easy. Keeps you cool.

So good - I bought a 2nd one
Actually works! I was surprised - I hang it around my neck so it blows at my face while walking. There's also a clip to attach to clothing but I like the lanyard position.

Decent budget personal fan, but likely best as a secondary fan.
This little fan is pretty handy for a decent number of situations, although the battery doesn't last particularly long at full power. What I found it best for is environments that are already air-conditioned, as it allows the cold air to circulate under my shirt and cool faster than the AC alone. I also found that it's a bad idea in particularly dusty environments because it will blow the dust or debris under your shirt. For $15, however, it is a decent product, although I'm sure higher end products do a better job over-all.

Use every day
A life saver, love this. Use it while I cook. I am elderly and get tired and hot easily. I keep this charged and use frequently. It is small and portable but quite powerful and cools me down quickly anywhere I need it. It is a little noisy and my husband complains a little. Also, I haven’t had it for a long while and it is making an unusual noise that may indicate a new one may be needed. However, I would deem it a necessity.

These no longer last
I use these 8+ hours a day. The first unit (not from Amazon) lasted nearly a year before developing a vibrating/buzzing issue (starting only when cold and normalizing after a couple minutes...until the problem got worse and it stopped normalizing). Disappointing, but it had well over 1k hours on it. First Amazon unit: vibrating and buzzing out of the box, exchanged... Second Amazon unit: lasted a couple weeks before vibrating/buzzing. Amazon did not exchange, instead giving me a refund. I then purchased from a local big box store - this time it was the newer model with the silver "ARCTIC AIR" side, and the power button starts it on low rather than high. Same problem after a couple weeks. I will be exchanging for yet another unit and will update as the story unfolds. I suspect Arctic Air switched to a cheaper motor to increase profits a few cents per unit with the assumption that this is just a gimmicky product no one would actually use...except me...

Very loud
I brought this fan to the regimental ball as the place that was hosted was hot as there were over 700 people there. While they were doing the colors of the flag, I turned this on and it was loud that you could hear it. We had it at level 1 which is the lowest setting that wasn’t too loud. It does cool you down, but the air isn’t very cool or cold. But other than the noise level and the air this is great it’s very convenient as it’s small and can fit in a purse.

Perfect Gift for Outdoor Enthusiasts!
I bought the Arctic Air Breeze Jet Wearable Air Cooler for my dad, who spends a lot of time outside gardening, walking, and just enjoying the fresh air. This little device has been an absolute game-changer for him, especially during the warmer months. The design is sleek and lightweight, and it rests comfortably on his waistband without feeling bulky in the way. He was skeptical at first, but now he won’t go outside without it! The airflow is surprisingly strong for such a compact device, and it provides instant relief from the heat. It’s quiet, easy to charge, and holds a solid battery life for long walks or afternoons with the grandkids. If you’re looking for a practical and thoughtful gift for someone who enjoys being outdoors, this wearable cooler is a winner. Highly recommended!

Elsa must live inside this thing!
Bought this for my husband for Father’s Day but gave it to him early cause he’s working on a major outdoor project. We love dumb stuff and I saw this while looking for things to help keep my kid cool at camp. The smile on his face when I gave it to him could have created a new morning if that were possible. And that would have been enough for me to be happy with it… but then the kept using it and when I asked him he said it was great and that smile didn’t dissipate. He left town today on a work trip and I needed to water the gardenias while he’s away. As I threw on my shoes I saw the fan sitting on the counter and thought 🤷🏻♀️ why not. I clip this thing to my waistband, clip in the shirt over it, and turn it on. The rush of cold swept across my back in such a gentle but strong draft that I audibly “eek”ed. I think stepped outside and watered the gardenias. Normally if I step outside in June in the middle of the day I can feel the heat overwhelm me as if I have opened the oven to cook a lasagna for dinner, but this time the fan turned the already light glistening bit of sweat on my back into a cooling system of champions. I felt like Olaf when Elsa gave him his own personal flurry. Elsa must have built this thing and left me with some amazing magic or she’s shrunken down and lives in there like a tiny personal magic ice machine. How had my husband not told me exactly how amazing this thing is?!!! I’m buying one for myself and each of my children too! The price: worth it The power: unbelievable It’s not exactly quiet but it’s also not overpowering either Just do it
