Not particularly satisfied I was hoping it would cool my bedroom down and I added the ice trays and even added ice cubes like it said and added water and that’s exactly what it is a mini swamp cooler and it’s ok it blows cool air but I still have to go buy a portable air conditioner but with a portable ac and this unit it should be better but this definitely does not cover the heat like ac would do and I took my chances even though I still like it enough and it helps and they did state that when I bought it but was hoping it would help more than it actually does but still good enough to keep and add to portable ac

Works great. The savings on my electric bill paid for it. It cools down one regular sized room, not the entire house.

It works petty well at coooling. A bit expensive for Whats essentially a nice fan, but it works better than my cheap regular fans. I like that it doesnt make my skin and eyes dry like AC. it is a bit of work to clean.

Barely blows cold for more than five minutes or so. Using in a small room but pretty useless. Also water started leaking from the screw holes in the bottom of the unit despite water being under the full line. Would not recommend. Save your money.

I just received this product earlier today, and have just finished printing out the return address label. Sure it turns on, but that’s about it. The air coming out isn’t cool let alone cold enough to cool down a small room. Don’t waste your money or the time it will take you to box this thing back up and take it to the UPS store. That’s time you’ll never get back. If something seems too good to be true it usually is. Horrible product. Zero Stars 👎🏻

This tiny but mighty portable unit is perfect when needing to cool off a small space. We are moving and had to relocate our pups to the garage but as the temperature rises we want to make sure they were comfortable as well. The airflow that blows out of the unit is great with different speeds. And you have the opportunity to control the unit with the Remote. The reservoir has a large water capacity for longer days you need it and a section to put even ice for the hottest of days. For the functionality and cost of this unit I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to cool a room down or to help make your pets more comfortable in the heat.

I was excited about this product based on the reviews. I sleep real hot so summer is always a struggle and always looking for products to help keep me cooler. This air conditioner works, but only for about three hours. Then it is basically a fan. Only works until all the ice packs and extra ice melts so it does not cool all night long. While the ice is still frozen, the air condition puts out very cool air. The machine stays on as long as you set the timer for so the machine makes no noise turning on and off. However, it does not cool for very long or all night long.

I'm sorry I really hate to be a negative person to anyone's product. My ac central unit died during winter i got 3 boys SUCKED. BUT HEY THEN CAME THE HEAT.. seems sense my husband passed 🙄 😕 🤔 ppl keep coming trying g to take advantage over pricing and some even destroying thinking women aren't as intelligent as we are!! So on survibor benefits trying g to figure out how to pay for new or repair ac unit..we bought 4 of this fans. Ranging from small to this big one.. right off the air just felt humed.. I've follow instructions i clean it. ( I returned 2) I'll get maybe 5 minutes of cool humid air.. I was wiping it just cleaned it yesterday and decided to look further and it's just grouse yellow orange inside tube.. it leaks like crazy.. I'm sorry I hope it's just my unit and it works better for others..
