Technically state of art OTC hearing aid. Charging case and its display of level of charge is excellent. I can use my powered USB hub or wall plug with charging adapter. The display shows both left and right level of charge. The case is very well designed and easy to use. Instructions are fully detailed and easy to read. The "fine print" for the product is fine print, but the instructions are larger printer. This is appropriate for elderly who are the primary buyers. This may be enough for me instead of more expensive prescription devices. I do not mind being seen wearing a hearing aid, as that tells friends to speak clearly. Good value for the money.

After three months the left hearing aid quit charging. I sent the company a message through Amazon to request the hearing aid be covered under their one-year warranty. Never heard a anything back. I would not buy these hearing aids since the company will not stand behind their product.

I purchased these hearing aids for my brother, and he thinks they have made a big difference. He can hear with clarity and background noise was reduced, making conversations so much easier for him. They're lightweight, comfortable to wear all day, and easy to adjust. The charging case is compact and the size of the devices is just right, they have a discrete design, they’re barely noticeable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable and reliable hearing solution!

I purchased these hearing aids with high hopes of restoring my hearing a bit. They amplified the background noise as well as what I was listening to, so it just made things louder, but no different. I was going to keep them but the R side began cutting off intermittently after a few hours of use and also had static when this happened. If you are looking to amplify all sounds around you they work good, but not for hearing conversations at a table of people. I returned this item.

For anyone who knows anything about hearing aids, I don't think there is one made that makes anyone really happy. I previously had very expensive hearing aids that spent a good deal of time in the shop being worked on. Thank goodness for warranties, but when the warranty ran out frequent repairs were too costly to afford. I tried these -- they work for what I need in quiet conversations but really are amplifiers that raise the sound level of everything. While adjustable, they are not useable in loud and noisy conditions as everything turns into more of a clattering racket than anything else. These, being easy to put in and take out, are good for more occasional use in certain conditions. These are far from perfect but for the price, a much better option for me than those costing thousands.

If you are more than a little active they will fall out of your ears, especially outdoors, and then GONE!

My wife is deaf, and i asked her if she ever tried this style. She told me to look for 5 star reviews. Soon I took a chance with these and it is worth every bit of a 5 star review. It's the clearest and most crisp sounding set she has. She told me she hasn't heard this well since she was 7, we are in our 40s. It brought tears to our eyes as she was to hear my daughters true voice. I highly recommend these seeing her reaction and amazement to the quality!

I already wear small behind the ear hearing aids prescribed by my doctor. I found though that while I am working at my desk in my workroom I cannot hear what is being said on the tv without turning the tv volume nearly all the way up. I decided to try these for that specific purpose. They are awesome. If only they had all the features of my prescription hearing aids. So I won’t wear them except when I’m working. And for those who complain that they are hearing their own voices, I understand why. These hearing aids come with closed domes which will cause that issue. I experienced that when I first put them in. And that’s something I don’t like. So because I’ve been wearing hearing aids for a few years I’ve come to understand the difference between closed and open domes. I also have a supply of open domes. So I replaced the closed domes that came in these wonderful hearing aids with open domes and problem solved. It was a bit of a challenge getting the new domes on since domes are usually product specific but with patience I was able to do it without harming the hearing aids. So if the manufacturer might happen to see this, maybe provide open domes with the hearing aids. They work just as well.
