Review: Beautiful Voice + Great Collection - Miki Matsubara is an absolute treasure. This CD set was exactly as advertised and a great collection of songs. Ms. Matusbara had a beautiful voice and this appears to be a decent representation of her catalog. As someone who grew up in the U.S. during the 80s, having "new to me" music from that era is great. The music does a great job of evoking nostalgia due to its familiarity (yep, that's an 80s tune) yet seem new due to not being familiar with the songs or language. Highly recommended if you're interested in expanding a physical collection of "City Pop" on CD.

Miki Matsubara is an absolute treasure. This CD set was exactly as advertised and a great collection of songs.
